I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and requested assistance from customer services. A very knowledgeable lady, Amber, was quite resourceful in providing me info about the possible condition of my automobile concerns. She was patient and attentively listened to my concerns. Quite impressive customer service!

Went to cut rate down the street, bought a new bulb from them and no one offered to replace it for me or even to look at it; with me being 9 months pregnant. So I finally asked and said they couldn’t change it. Came here and staff helped me, no questions asked. Thank you for your exceptional service!

I would og gave 5 stars but I just needed to get a set of wiper blades for my 99 burban and the guy really had to ask me if it's 2wd or 4wd. And then really asked me if it's v8 or v6. WHAT???!!! DUDE REALLY. Can i just get a 18" wiper and a 20" wiper please. I mean let's get real I had my old wiper blade in my hand. They could of just measured it.

0 stars for walking in and being “greeted” by a petty employee immediately demanding to know if the drink cup I threw out in their (uncovered) trash can on the way in still had a drink in it. It had some residual ice in it. He asked me to dump it out in the future. What a joke. Policing your customers’ ice contents in trash is not how to create a positive store environment. I took my cup out of the trash on my way out. Was a very-occasional customer of this store. Plenty of other places to buy supplies, will choose another in the future.
