I visited this Pet Smart in Lacey/Olympia for collars, harnesses, and food for my almost grown puppies. The young woman who helped up was so special. She was worth her weight in gold. She learned her expertise in the Army K9 corps. She is soon to move to Hawaii. She was amazing and a credit to the Army, and your store.

My English Bulldog’s 7th birthday was on 6/12, he has every imaginable ball you can think of, but I did find one here at Pet Smart that he didn’t have. OMG! He loved it!

Petsmart saved my future marriage!
I was out buying bunny litter for my fiance. She was busy at work and gave me directions for what to get. There was an alternative cat litter that would also work. I looked, found a shelf empty for what I was looking for, but asked a floating associate who asked if I needed help. He was friendly, and brought me right to what I was looking for.
Saved my bacon, and... if you were wondering, she says she'll keep me. Thanks Petsmart.

It's okay but they were trying to sell a cheap rawhide dog chew for $5 and my dogs bag of food was over $75

I mean.... i wouldn't get your dog groomed here.... and their trainers have NO business being "trainers" as they have no REAL training.... honestly its the same issue with their groomers.....
BUT the rest of the staff is amazing and super helpful and nice and amazing! They alwaus go above and beyond! I always go here above any other pet store. They really are amazing in there.

Wow, horrible customer service today 6/22/2024. I stood in line for 10 minutes and when I went to buy my prescription food like I have every other time, I was told I had to go stand in another line. I explained that I had a back injury that prevents me from standing/walking for very long and that I had been able to purchase rx food before at the checkout lanes.
The cashier was incredibly rude and told me “well you shouldn’t have been able to” while rolling his eyes. Zero accommodations were offered and the cashier had an attitude.
Go here for service with a sneer! I know I won’t be back.
