Met Joe who greeted me immediately after I walked in. He listened to my issues and then quickly went over the various options I had and different technical troubles I might have in the future with my device as I travel around.
Glad I came in. I thought it'd take up my whole lunch time, but I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Where to start, how they are there to make sales. They will tell you one thing and when you ask about it. It is totally different including the cost, plus how you will owe in the long run. I was straight up lied to on how much a swap would cost in comparison to a warranty claim.

Verizon was sending confirmations to a number we knew nothing about. I was told they "had never heard of that". The store told me to call *611. When I called I was told to go back to the store. Now I cannot get help or online for 2 days. Sad.

I just wanted to thank the Verizon Worker that helped me at the Verizon store in Lacey, Wa on Pacific Ave. His name is Michael Kalish! He helped me upgrade my iPhone the other day and helped me get everything I needed, transferred my data, helped me with discounts on a new Apple Watch and helped me order a new phone for my partner so that she can upgrade her phone today! He answered all my questions and was just genuinely cool! Thanks so much man!

Michael their tech their walked my tech stupid self through an insurance claim today making getting my spouses stolen phone replaced anxiety free after the big night of anxiety we had after it was stolen when I was being treated for chest pains and palpitations at the hospital.

It's a great store to spend your paycheck. Got a samsung galaxy Se24. Took 7 hours for my dad's phone to transfer.
