I have previously written a review for this store for David and wanted to follow up and give further recognition to some outstanding employees at this store located in Lacey. An employee named Darren (possibly Darrin? Not certain of precise spelling?) was able to provide me with excellent service as well as other customers. I saw him multitasking between 2 other customers by himself, including an elderly lady with a slight language barrier and what appeared to be very little knowledge of technology and Darren demonstrated extraordinary patience helping her, as well as another customer, both at the same time. All I wanted to do was make a payment that day and Darren got to me in no time right after he was done with those two other customer and was very courteous to me and answered all my questions regarding my bill. I noticed Darren did not have any coworkers with him at the time and showed precision and efficiency helping myself and the two other customers all the same time. I’ve also stopped by before to make other payments and there was an additional employee on a separate occasion that was new, or newer, to the store, and I didn’t catch his name, but he was so kind to me because he recognized me from previous times I had made payments at the store and he said to me that I am “the most polite person he had ever met.” The reason he said that to me at the time of my visit on this occasion was because I was waiting to make a payment while on my lunch break at work and I had to interrupt him while he was helping another customer and I said to him “I’m sorry to interrupt you, but I’m only trying to make a payment, would it be okay to take care of this bill really quick?” He informed me he would help me as soon as possible and I still feel terrible about interrupting him while he was helping another customer, but he was incredibly professional, finished with the customer he was working with and got my payment completed right away and I was able to make it back to work on time before my lunch break ended. Once again, I do not know his name, but he deserves credit for his phenomenally friendly service just much as Darren. Every employee at this store I’ve encountered has provided a positive and friendly experience and I hope these fantastic employees get credit for their work.

This location is terrible and doesn't seem to represent Verizon very well. I walked in to pick up my new phone. The one employee didn't even acknowledge that I walked in. Waited for 30 minutes, not a word. I walked out and cancelled the new phone. They need more help as well as a lesson in basic customer service.

Taking back my 5 stars.
My bill went up a ridiculous amount after getting a phone with your promotion. Codes weren't put in correctly, wasn't told there would be additional charges, added insurance I didn't ask for.
Getting it remedied was much more difficult than it should have been. The customer service over the phone was no help. In store was a little better.
Verizon employees should know better

Jason, Brandon, Zach & John at the Verizon store in the Lowes parking complex at the corner of College & Yelm Hwy in Lacey WA at fantastic!
(Next to the Domino's, across from the Starbucks). My husband & i have enjoyed competent and caring help from all 4 of these young men in spite of how dumb we are at technology but they never allowed us to feel like we were as dumb as we are! I would HIGHLY recommend any one of these guys and this location any day of the week!

Not a good experience unfortunately. Usually it goes well but the one guy in the store looked bored and seemed like helping people was not on his agenda.
Ended up going elsewhere to solve my issue

My husband and I were in need of I phone upgrades and received excellent service at the Verizon store at 5410 Corporate Center Loop in Lacey. Darren welcomed us in with a friendly greeting and a smile. He patiently listened and answered our questions as he helped us select our new phones and accessories and get them set up and ready to use. Darren was friendly, kind, personable, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Verizon is incredibly fortunate to have him on their team!

Inaccurate store hours. Went in to turn in my old phone 45 minutes before work. Ended up running out of time because the one singular employee they had working at the time was preoccupied with the stupid boomers in front of me. Tried coming back at 6pm during my break and it turns out they're closed even though their Google page says they're open until 7PM Monday through Saturday. It's actually Monday through Friday. Very good and cool, Verizon

This is for the front-end staff member that has been my representative for about the past 18 months; his name is Jarred—and I want share with you - the public —and the higher ups— about what this man brings to Verizon…EVERY day. He brings a quiet confidence, there seems to be nothing that rattles this guy, not large amount of customers, dealing with technical questions, training others, he does it all. Jarred is tech savvy enough to be informative and explain in terminology I understand. With active listening and taking ownership of customer needs, it helps Jarred become the customers advocate, looking for ways to maximize the benefits of a Verizon device, accessory or plan. Those are the big points I would think Verizon would like to have their sales force integrate into their interactions with the public. But you don’t have to tell this to Jarred, it is like second nature to him. I bring this up because there ought to be a serious discussion further up the food chain to put this man in a higher position given his common sense approach and his core competencies. I am always glad to engage with Jarred because of his approach; I really don’t think he sells as much as he advocates on my behalf, and for his customers. That is what I think the public really wants… their very own insider, making the best deal for them. Something to not only think about, but to do about. Very Respectfully submitted.

Cami was amazing! She was the only one in the store and made sure that all customers were being taken care of. The can multitask with the best of them! She deserves a raise! Thank you so much Cami for your patience and help through getting a new phone. And for amazing conversation and service as I waited for my transfers!!

Great service and discounts on travel kit accessories. I’ve used other Verizon stores in the area and the service at this location is superior. Keep up the good work!
