Went to the Lacey, Marvin Road store to change back to Verizon from 2 1/2 very long months at AT&T. Due to the myriad of problems at the other carrier switching back was less than smooth. Thanks to Trevor going WAY above and beyond, 6 hours (yes 6 entire hours) and maybe a dozen or more calls to various departments I was able to switch back to Verizon finally. Even with the numerous difficulties and problems the entire Verizon team - especially Trevor - were able to get my issues resolved. I was with Verizon for 25 years before being tempted to switch - I don’t see that changing again anytime soon. Thanks Trevor!

Great store. Close by with excellent service. Kolby was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been with Verizon for 23 years and appreciate the good customer service.

Josh and the store manager were especially helpful as we upgraded our phones after 5 years of using the same phones. Josh patiently answered our questions and worked hard to try to get us the best deal throughout the process while dealing with a short timeline and a complicated account with multiple lines.

I’ve been into this location twice this week. Once to fix my SIM card and the other because I needed to add a line & I decided to upgrade my phone to get away from iPhone.
The first time I went in the guy who helped me was very nice & helped me get my phone fixed really fast. I was told by him that I had a free upgrade because enough time had passed & all I would have to pay is the taxes on it.
The second guy who tried to help, made me feel like I was being treated like a crack head or being heavily judged. Maybe because I have a neurological condition and look and act a little different than most people?
He told me I wasn’t able to upgrade for free in the store and I either had to go across town or do it online because they aren’t an actual Verizon store, that they are a different company that goes through Verizon, & they don’t have the same deals.
I’ve been a customer at Verizon for 5 years so this was a bit disheartening.

Went in to find pixel buds pro. They had them. Cody H. was very friendly. Kept each other entertained while waiting for the safe to time out. Would shop again if ever the situation is necessary
