I have taken two of my kitties their that had some major hair malfunctions. Full of mats. And neither one are the easiest to handle. Our dog was happy when we picked her up after her new bath and grooming. She looked gorgeous, her coat was soft, her whiskers, face, and ears done perfectly. Everyone was pleasant. The communication with Animology was outstanding; the approximate time was accurate. We are delighted.
