Jenna was also really great at reading my body language and expressions when trying on dresses. Sometimes she knew how I felt about a dress before even I did. :) I really wasn’t sure if I would end up purchasing a dress that day, since I knew I had another appointment scheduled. I said yes to a dress at my appointment, and I couldn’t be happier!”

The store has such a nice, warm vibe when you walk in, and the big open layout makes browsing easy and enjoyable. Tencel is the real deal sustainable fiber and the clothes drape very nicely -- at this point in my life I can't handle skin-tight and need some structure, and despite being soft to the touch, the garments all hang forgivingly on my body.”

“I’ve bought numerous hats from DM over the years. Mostly Akubra, but also a Panama and a couple from Tilley Endurables. Yes, I love hats.
My orders have always been shipped very fast (the last one shipped the same day!) and nobody packs hats better than DM. I’ve never had one damaged in transit, even with significant damage to the outer box.
DM is the best place in the US to buy an Akubra, since they are also Akubra’s distributor for North America and keep good stock.
One of these days I really need to get up there and buy one in person!”

“So sad to hear that Kuhlman is closing. For several years now whenever I pick up something new it's straight to Kuhlman to have Scott work his magic. He has keen eye, more than one person's fair share of skill and talent, and is always incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I will be keeping an eye out to see if he ends up opening a smaller more tailoring specific (less retail oriented) operation here in Seattle. If you are looking for a skilled and trustworthy go-to tailor I recommend you do the same. If not, it has been my pleasure to be a patron of his business, and my wardrobe is certainly better off for it.”
“I come in here at least once a week with my partner. We love it. This store is a great place for fun blind boxes, fidget toys, candles, socks, clothes, magnets, hats, coloring books, vinyls, and so much more. Definitely a spot to hit if you’re exploring the city or looking to get a gift for someone. The staff here are super friendly and helpful too. There was something missing from one of the blind boxes I bought and they helped me exchange it for a new one. Overall a great store and experience in here. ALSO, make sure you purchase things with your phone number so you can get points!”
“I've been a customer since the beginning, before the brick n mortar, before the big warehouse. As with any small business they have their ups and downs/ try and fails but there has always been growth, humility and an eagerness to be transparent and make it right. Heck I've had orders go wrong, shorted or missing and the LB team has always done what they could to make it right, within reason. The amount of charity and community work giving back not just locally but in other countries is admirable. The clothing has always been excellent quality and when quality issues have happened as they do with any product at some point they course correct and sell discounted with full clarity on the defect. This is a boutique brand, not Target or Walmart, so yeah a bit more expensive however, the clothes last and resale 2nd hand quite well. Sometimes things are tight and I have to pass on the drops but I stock up on the sales. LB is an amazing company and from what I hear an amazing employer. Keep climbing LB!”

My 15-year-old son and I had such a great experience at the Buckle in Bellevue Square last night. We were helped by Ruben, and I was so impressed by his professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness.
My son was having a bit of a rough day, so I brought him to the mall to do a little shopping and take his mind off things. When we walked into Buckle, Ruben greeted us right away and took the time to really get to know what my son liked. He asked thoughtful questions, noticed details (like that they were both wearing Ariat jeans), and used that connection to help my son find styles that really fit his taste.
Ruben was also very skilled at helping my son find the right sizes in a way that was completely natural and positive. For example, my son tried on a size that wasn’t quite right, and Ruben gently suggested trying a different size that ended up looking perfect. He complimented my son along the way, which made him feel confident in the choices, and it was clear my son valued his guidance. This made the shopping experience even better than it would have been just with me helping.
Ruben was never pushy—just genuinely helpful, friendly, and observant. He pulled shirts, hoodies, and a vest that my son ended up loving. Ruben even doubled what we might have purchased on our own, but in the best way—everything he suggested was spot-on and things my son truly needed.
It was refreshing to see a salesperson who cared about both the customer’s experience and the details of their job. Ruben is a great example of excellent service done right. Buckle is lucky to have him on their team!”

I first shopped Buck Mason in Nashville and was so excited to learn that we have a Buck Mason store in Washington state in U-Village. It is so worth the over hour + drive for me to shop there. The store is clean, well stocked, the employees are amazing and non pressure. When you walk in, they offer you some of the best water around in either still or sparkling, the ambiance is wonderful with the aroma of the signature candle that they also sell. I was assisted in my shopping experience by Amanda and was so thankful that she asked questions to get to know me, know my style and what it is that I need to add to my existing wardrobe. If it is not in store, she will locate it and have it shipped. She goes above and beyond to make my shopping experience memorable. Everyone there is great but I do also love being able to call the store and ask for Amanda and shop with her if its over the phone or when I do go into the store. Buck Mason has definitely earned my business and I will always shop with Amanda as long as she's there!”

We had 5 days to order and get the shirts to my house before our trip Marina and I think Jeanna helped me all the shirts had to be ordered and one came from Hawaii.
