“He always do me right Quality the customer service he just amazes me every time I go get work done by him. He is definitely my go to person when I need a shirt done….”
“I love this store. (Have been a sock monster customer since it was a booth in the fremont Sunday market.)
I've gotten some really wonderful leg warmers here and very much look forward to buying my darntoughs here instead of online. I'm paying tax either way, so may as well shop local!
Great for gifts for everyone and really knowledgeable service.”
“I stayed for 2 nights at the Gaslight Inn. The location is wonderful, the hosts very attentive and welcoming. I stayed in room 202, which was lovely. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Seattle.”
“Victor was so welcoming when I walked in, anticipating my needs. Very helpful. Nik was the cashier and also made me feel welcome. Great crew, great vibes. And of course, good gear.”
“I stopped by just for a sec to grab a sun hat I needed by that weekend, but I want to come back and actually take my time shopping because it's packed with cute stuff. Chill vibe, reasonable prices, and very friendly, helpful staff.”
“Came here looking for clothes and this place did not disappoint. Their clothing inventory was small but felt thoughtfully curated. Every single item I looked at was in top condition. I was only there for 30 minutes and left with 2 really nice shirts. If quality is important to you, I highly recommend Lucky Dog.”
“Millie nailed it. They kindly restocked the diffuser I was looking for, and my entryway now smells like I’m getting dapped up by Tyler, The Creator’s aura every time I walk in. Elevated products, exceptional service, and a thoughtfully curated store.
A Queen Anne gem—big fan for sure.?”
“This is hands down my favorite store in the Ballard area. The space is beautifully curated, and there truly feels like there’s something for everyone—especially if you love Scandinavian and Japanese design.
The store has such a nice, warm vibe when you walk in, and the big open layout makes browsing easy and enjoyable. It’s usually packed every time I visit, which says a lot, but it never feels overwhelming. I never get tired of stopping in and always leave feeling inspired (and usually with something I didn’t plan on buying ?).”
“Purchased my first kilt in the store. Also purchased 2 utility kilts over the Phone All the way from Puerto Rico with the help of their unequal staff (very supportive and accomodating) Purchased a total of 3 utility kilts from the store so far no regrets. It's a rite of passage here when the kids turn 15 they get their firs kilt. Im excited and looking forward to doing more bussines with utilitykilts company.”
“Such a rad boutique full of the coolest pieces. Stationary, crafts, jewelry, art. You’ll find it all here. I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to make it here but I will definitely be back many times. This is a go to destination in Japantown for gifts or merely to treat yourself.”
“Jeremiah and Alex were awesome to work with. They were accommodating in helping me find some new summer workwear and get a repair done on an item I had purchased at the flagship store. Awesome experience that reaffirmed why I spend my money on their products.”

“Such a special boutique 💕 The store has a really stylish and well-curated selection, and everything feels unique and high quality. It’s one of those places where you find pieces you don’t usually see anywhere else. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff takes time to help, which makes the whole experience feel more personal. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for something different and worth investing in ✨”
“They stock Stora Skuggen and other niche fragrances you can’t find anywhere else in Seattle. Now I don’t have to order from friggen Denmark lol!”
“Lovely little gem in Pacific Place. They have a wealth of super cute Chinese fashion and other items that are very difficult to find elsewhere. The people there are kind and helpful. Definitely a must-see shop!”
“I came in to pick up an online order -- I love that the option is available and the company (perhaps the owner herself? after all it is a small business) was super helpful over email.
Tencel is the real deal sustainable fiber and the clothes drape very nicely -- at this point in my life I can't handle skin-tight and need some structure, and despite being soft to the touch, the garments all hang forgivingly on my body.”
“Luca is a great place to find that unique gift for someone special or for yourself! I feel like a kid finding treasure when I visit. I really enjoy shopping here.”
“We first visited the downtown Seattle Buck Mason store, which carries the men's collection. The store itself was clean, beautifully designed, and a pleasure to shop in. The associate working that day was incredibly friendly, engaged us in genuine conversation, and was exceptionally helpful. He also told us about the University District location, which carries both the men's and women's collections, so we decided to visit the next day.
I'm so glad we did.
The University District store delivered, without question, the best retail shopping experience I've ever had in the United States. From the moment we walked in, every employee greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. They even offered us sparkling water while we shopped, which was a small touch that made the experience feel even more personal.
The staff's knowledge and attention to detail were unlike anything I've experienced. It truly felt like shopping with a team of personal stylists. They never once pressured us to buy anything or made us feel obligated to make a purchase. Instead, they focused entirely on helping us find pieces that genuinely fit and suited us.
When I came out of the fitting room, all three associates thoughtfully explained why each piece worked. They pointed out how the belt complemented the outfit and why the proportions of a shirt were perfect for my height. Their feedback was specific, educational, and sincere. It was clear they cared about helping customers look and feel their best, not just making a sale.
The clothing itself is exceptional. Every piece feels thoughtfully designed and built to last, with timeless styling and outstanding craftsmanship. These are investment pieces you'll still be reaching for 20 years from now.
I can't say enough good things about Buck Mason and this incredible team. They have completely raised the bar for what customer service should look like. 10/10. If you're in Seattle, do yourself a favor and visit this store. You won't regret it.”
“Having been working with Eric at Tom James for several years. Could not be happier with the quality of the clothes but the stand out is Eric and customer service. He has guided me from casual attire through formal ware with great expertise. Recommend most highly.”
“So sad to hear that Kuhlman is closing. For several years now whenever I pick up something new it's straight to Kuhlman to have Scott work his magic. He has keen eye, more than one person's fair share of skill and talent, and is always incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I will be keeping an eye out to see if he ends up opening a smaller more tailoring specific (less retail oriented) operation here in Seattle. If you are looking for a skilled and trustworthy go-to tailor I recommend you do the same. If not, it has been my pleasure to be a patron of his business, and my wardrobe is certainly better off for it.”

“By far one of Seattle's best boutiques. Amazing how such an exquisite selection of jewelry and accessories can fit in such a small space. The owner is knowledgeable and really friendly, too. Just a perfect shopping experience every time.”
“I absolutely love this place!! Kim & Steph and Ian are friendly and helpful and the special pieces at very reasonable prices are well curated with good turn over. I always find wonderful treasures.”
“I come in here at least once a week with my partner. We love it. This store is a great place for fun blind boxes, fidget toys, candles, socks, clothes, magnets, hats, coloring books, vinyls, and so much more. Definitely a spot to hit if you’re exploring the city or looking to get a gift for someone. The staff here are super friendly and helpful too. There was something missing from one of the blind boxes I bought and they helped me exchange it for a new one. Overall a great store and experience in here. ALSO, make sure you purchase things with your phone number so you can get points!”
“Owner ( I think that's who we talked to) was very nice, and understanding when I looked up a garment's website since the shop didn't carry our size. We absolutely would have bought from this store if it had had our size.
Also enjoyed the other cute products and got a few things.”
“I bought a pair of cargo shorts and right away the zipper broke. The thing that marveled me was the customer service provided by UNIONBAY Clothing and Tammy (the customer service representative). My compliant was heard within hours and within hours I had a brand new pair coming out to me express.Thank you guys for such an awesome job and great clothing!!! Definitely my place to shop!”

“Had the best experience in retail I’ve ever had, I’ve done a lot of research as to what products I want and I went in and received amazing support from Jinle (hope I spelt that right). I’ve always loved Patagonia but he earned my business for the foreseeable future, if you’re looking for anything from a jacket to shorts I recommend stopping in and seeing what they have to offer! This place it great.”
“Colton is amazing. My wardrobe is so much better and I spend less. No more buying for buying sake. Dress better, look better, feel better and save the planet. Do I need to say anything else?:)”
“They have some fantastic items on display. Was able to find a really cool shirt, and I got a silver coin they had on display. Definitely a must visit for any big sports fan. They have more than just local teams on display.”
“Buck Mason U-Village employees exemplify the best customer service. I first shopped Buck Mason in Nashville and was so excited to learn that we have a Buck Mason store in Washington state in U-Village. It is so worth the over hour + drive for me to shop there. The store is clean, well stocked, the employees are amazing and non pressure. When you walk in, they offer you some of the best water around in either still or sparkling, the ambiance is wonderful with the aroma of the signature candle that they also sell. I was assisted in my shopping experience by Amanda and was so thankful that she asked questions to get to know me, know my style and what it is that I need to add to my existing wardrobe. If it is not in store, she will locate it and have it shipped. She goes above and beyond to make my shopping experience memorable. Everyone there is great but I do also love being able to call the store and ask for Amanda and shop with her if its over the phone or when I do go into the store. Buck Mason has definitely earned my business and I will always shop with Amanda as long as she's there!”
“Wonderful experience. Cool store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. John is someone that cares about premium clothing and provides expert advice and insight on the brand history and trends.”
“I had so much fun shopping here with my son. Kyle made us feel at home, offering suggestions and helping us identify sizes and telling us the story behind the brand. We purchased a sweatsuit that my son has worn everyday since ? check out this store! It is worth the trip. You might get lucky and meet Kobe (the French bulldog) also ?❤️”
