“Everything you expect in a pharmacy but don't always get. You can reach them by phone, you get clear answers as to what insurance will cover, if there are manufacturer coupons that can be applied, the prescription is filled quickly, and you are notified when it is ready. Super easy to deal with.”
“There are lots of things to love about this pharmacy: professional and highly competent staff, awesome gift shop, drive thru, etc. but what really stands out for me is the speed of pickup. There's no comparison.
Previously, when I went to national brand pharmacies, the pharmacists would tell me something like "we'll have that ready for you in about 15 minutes" despite me having received the notification saying it was ready. It's almost like it's a deliberate delay to trick you into wandering around their store and buying something...
Ostrom's is different. The pharmacy counter is just past the entrance; you don't have to wade past aisles of snacks, makeup, etc. If you received notification that your prescription is ready for pickup, then it's READY. The gift shop section is stocked with products that are actually compelling, so they trust that people will want to look through it of their own accord.
To prove a point about how fast their pickup process is, one time I took a deep breath before walking inside, and I was back outside with prescription in hand before I needed to take another breath. I'm not recommending others try this; it just gives me a fun way to answer when people ask why I go there.”

“Good store with so good fresh groceries, really good fresh fruits,veggies and other items.
Quality, and freshness are always top level here , but their fresh produce section is so small I would consider tiny, and the selections are very limited.
And the prices here I would consider it is only for customers with so much money. And for the high earners . These prices are normal to them.
But for the avarage Joe. Those price are back breakers. Budget destroyer. Poverty creators. Choices eliminator . Saving accounts evaporator.
The prices here are really unbeleivably high expensive prices. The prices here for the fresh produce will break the average normal person budget.
But then rarely there are really good prices on sale items. If they match what you need
Non sale items prices are not tolerable, and will dent your bank account in a big way.
Nice clean organized store.
Customer service has improved alot especially casheirs. Casheirs are friendly , helpful and show attentiveness to customers ., they are fast knowledgeable, and caring.
I think the management here have made alot of beautiful, good changes, and it showes. Thank you

“This pharmacy deserves a way better rating than what it has now! I transferred all my prescriptions from Walgreens to here, and honestly the service and efficiency in this pharmacy are 100% better than Walgreens in NE 24th. The staff here are friendly, helpful, patient and professional. Every time I call, they’re very polite and welling to help or answer my questions. Now I have convinced my family members to use this pharmacy as well. I have never waited here for more than 15 minutes for pickup, most of the time when I come I can pickup right away. If I was in Walgreens, I would probably wait 15 days or even longer, and btw Walgreens never pick up the phone. I really appreciate everything they do in this pharmacy.”

“The store was clean and organized and the staff members I interacted were all helpful. I'd like to highlight two separate staff members in particular: Nae and Elridge.
Nae who was behind the customer service desk was incredibly proactive and polite. She was instrumental in me being able to pick up my bulk order and was able to juggle incoming phone calls, coworkers, and fellow customers with a seriously magical flow. Even when a situation was unusual she handled them all with tact and a willingness to problem solve.
Although my decision to use the self-checkout lane meant that Elridge was not someone that I had the pleasure to interact with while checking out, I did get to hear him efficiently and charismatic-ally bag the groceries of customers going through the regular checkout lane. And even though self-checkout was as cooperative as it always is - read: not - hearing Elridge engage fellow customers while bagging elevated my checkout experience as well.
The staff that work at a business have the ability to make or break it and both Elridge and Nae deserve all the recognition, praise, and compensation for their continued excellence.”

“This QFC has become my go-to grocery store in the neighborhood. It’s always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a surprisingly wide selection for a mid-sized store. The produce is consistently fresh, and I’ve noticed they do a good job keeping local and seasonal options available.
The staff here really makes the difference. Cashiers and floor employees are friendly, helpful, and seem genuinely invested in keeping things running smoothly. The self-checkout area is convenient, and there’s rarely a long wait, even during busier times.
Parking is easy (a luxury in Seattle), and the store feels safe and welcoming. Prices are fair for the quality, and with sales and the QFC card, it’s easy to save a bit too.
Overall, this location manages to be both practical and pleasant — it feels like a true neighborhood grocery store where you can count on finding what you need without

“It's been a very sad experience watching this store slowly die. I've used the pharmacy for over 5 years despite all the construction going on around it. I didn't realize how much the retail side of the store is dying until a few months ago. The store has been in a state of a perpetual re-model for a while now. And the shelves are consistently empty. I thought it was unique to this location, but no - Rite Aid is another dying retailer that will somehow be blamed on millennials for destroying it. I want to thank all the people who worked here over the past 5 years from the front end of the store to the pharmacy techs.”

We had gotten passport photos from another walgreens which had gaps, weren't cut properly. Kelly noticed and redid that for us, with exceptional quality and attention to detail without charging us anything although i would have happily paid for it.
if all walgreen photo outlets are run by them, you would see a dramatic increase in customer base. Kelly was just awesome. Please promote them.”

“Clean, well stocked, good selection. The same pharmacist has been working there for as long as I can remember, and he's great. Quick, pleasant, answers questions clearly. Very helpful all around. I don't think I've ever gone to find my Rx wasn't ready for pick up. Getting flu shots is quick and painless. My only complaint is not about this store, but Rite Aid overall, and that is that when you enter a phone number where the pharmacist can reach you with questions about an Rx, it should be obvious that they should call that number if there is an issue. Somehow, that number doesn't seem to get to them. But again, not their fault - the pharmacists at this store are great.”
