“My sons have both attended whizz kids in LFP since they were 1. They are now 2 & 5. It is a scary & stressful experience to hand off your young children to be cared for by others (*shakes fist at capitalism*) but the WKA staff - an extension of our LFP neighborhood family, truly - have made it as great as I can imagine it to ever be.

My kids love it there. They are so excited to go & usually annoyed to leave. They have built amazing friendships, connected deeply with their teachers, & appear to be having the quintessential childhood experience there that one can only hope for nowadays (*more fist shaking at capitalism*).

We are especially grateful for the meals & menu - triathlete dad who is also a chef / cookbook author = very high nutritional standards. Food was a big concern for us when we were touring daycares & WKA is the best out there.

It has been such a joy watching our oldest blossom into a kind & helpful human with their shepherding, & I trust they’re doing the same with our youngest (as we speak, in fact!) We are lucky to live close by, so it really does feel like they’re being raised by “the village.” Grateful to be a part of the WKA Family.”

“My family has attended Lil People's World - Seattle for a combination of 14 years and 4 kids. We have loved this place from day one; great teachers and staff, the center is cleaned and decorated so bright and fun for the kids. All of my kids have loved going everyday and have so much fun learning and playing. Lil People's World has been a major part of our lives for so long, I am sad that my last baby will be graduating out and starting school next year. It's truly sad to think of the family we are leaving behind. Over the last 14 years we have made so many friends a long the way that will be lifetime friends. “The learning experience has been a great launchpad for our toddler and we are so glad we chose them. When we initially enrolled our son we were skeptical if he’d be able to adjust and find comfort. However, the teachers made sure he was loved and cared for. They held him when he was seeking comfort and let him adjust to the daycare schedule at his own pace. We also love the playful learning schedule filled with songs, outdoor time and sensory activities. Our little boy is thriving and how!

“Kidzspace daycare was suggested to me by a dear friend. My daughter started going to Kidzspace in 2021. My daughter adores Ms Devi( she is the teacher at Kidzspace). Ms Devi is epitome of patience, skills and creativity. My daughter enjoys reading, writing and playing with her friends. Ms Devi is super creative with her monthly activity. Ms Devi is very professional and also sends us photos of their everyday activities. She always goes above and beyond in helping all the kids at her daycare. We love kidzspace. My daughter will be going to kindergarten soon and she is going to miss Ms Devi so much and is well prepared by Ms Devi. “The Belltown Bright Horizons location has been an incredible experience for our family. The staff and admin here are truly wonderful — warm, supportive, and genuinely invested in the children’s well-being. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to help kids grow in all areas.

In my child’s class, Briceda, Amberlee, and Ashley are exceptional. They are kind, caring, and always have the children’s best interests at heart. I love how, during drop-offs, they get down to the child’s level, offer a hug, and talk about their feelings. They teach kids how to regulate emotions through breathing exercises, finger tracing, and reading wonderful books about feelings. It’s such a gift to see kids learning emotional skills at such a young age.

The class activities are also outstanding — from creative projects to dedicated Music, Movement, and Art days each week.

The leadership team, Bridget and Angela and Alexa, who have worked together for a long time, are equally amazing. I truly believe their strong leadership is the reason this center runs so smoothly and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

“My child has been at this academy for a long while, so I've seen it through different phases. While there was a period (6+ months back) ago with high teacher turnover that was a bit unsettling, I've been really impressed with the consistent positive changes under the current management.

The director, Jolyn, is super helpful and really cares about the kids. She is always responsive and addresses any concerns I have, which shows a real commitment to the families. They've also been hosting more community events, which has been a great way to meet other parents.

Most importantly, we highly recommend my child's current/previous teachers, Ms. Maria and Ms. Latha! They have been wonderful with my child, and their dedication makes all the difference.”

“My son loves his teachers here. The assistant directors who greet us everyday really show how much they care about the children. He always comes home happy. They provide a lot of activities that develop skills in all areas of life. I can see cracks in some areas where they are understaffed, but I don’t feel like my child has ever been neglected. Sometimes what they might do in a situation isn’t what I would do myself. I have a lot of trust in the processes in place to protect and educate my child.”
