I've had a unit at this location before the current management took over. At some point in July, I visited the facility to handle some personal matters and had an unsettling interaction with a staff member named Michelle. She was on the phone when I arrived and seemed completely unaware of my presence. While the tone of her conversation was clearly unpleasant, what truly shocked me was the use of racial terminology during the call. It’s one thing to witness someone having a rough day or using inappropriate language, it’s not ideal, but it can be overlooked. However, I can't overlook racism. Even though I was not the target of the comment, I was deeply offended and disturbed by what I heard. I was genuinely surprised that any business would retain someone who speaks that way, especially in a professional setting. I haven’t gone back yet because I want to give the company an opportunity to address this issue appropriately. I’m not looking for compensation or special treatment—just accountability. This location should be a safe and respectful environment for all customers. I respectfully request that Michelle be removed from this site indefinitely. If this isn’t addressed or it is overlooked, I’ll assume the company condones such behavior, as this employee is a reflection of the companies values, and I will take my belongings elsewhere. I’ll also be vocal about my experience to ensure others are aware. People need to be able to make informed decisions about whether this is a company they would want to support. I truly hope steps are taken to make this facility a place where everyone feels welcome again. I will revise my review if this becomes a safe space again.

I've had a unit there for many years. I was told there's cameras on every floor on the aisles. Well I was broken into from the unit next to me a hole was cut in wall. My valuables were ransacked and stolen. I don't recommend this storage facility. I don't feel it's safe to store valuables there and I do not feel it's watched and monitored very well. They seem to rent to anyone unsavory and unfavorable people who make theft their main occupation of survival. It's just my opinion. I'm clearing what's left out of there. Manager hasn't even fixed the hole in wall where thieves went through to my unit and all this happened 4th of July night but I wasn't informed till a couple weeks after it happened renter beware

Simple, easy to use and convenient storage solution. Price was best in area, and while it doesn't have all the top-end amenities, it did exactly what we needed it to do: hold our stuff for 6+ months with no theft, & no weather or rodent damage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though the lots one moving truck was often parked a little in the way.

The two people who manage this facility are awesome!!!! Always courteous, very helpful, up to date information. Rates are reasonable and hours of operation make access on any day very easy.

This is GREAT place if you ever need storage. BOTH Mary and Sue are so helpful and nice if I ever need storage I will rent here again and will recommend this place to anyone who need storage space
