They are knowledgeable in their craft and demonstrate genuine honesty. The shop is tidy inside and the experience is great overall. They are thorough and detailed in checking vehicles out, providing diagnostics to determine the cause of issues. They use a website to document repair work, offering a nice list of issues found with photos, estimates, and the cost to repair each item. Communication is easy, including through text. While estimates may seem high, customers note you pay for top tier work. The team is known for going above and beyond, such as accommodating urgent repairs to help customers in difficult situations. They are able to see cars right away and are recommended for any and all car needs.
My wife went there for an issue on her Acura and they were able to check the car and fix it days ahead of the scheduled appointment and we were able to take it home fixed the same day! Owner was the one who helped. Great service!

I love this place! Ian and the other mechanics are awesome. They took care of my 2020 chevy trax, after overheating, in good time and at a reasonable price. I was treated well. Didn't feel talked down to. Provided shutle service and a loner car. Definitely going back for routine maintenance and recommend them to friends... read full comment
