“I had a coolant leak. I couldn't get an appointment scheduled for six days at my regular shop. Found Stan's Radiator Service. I called to see if I could drop by and get a pressure test. They said sure. I arrived and Rick came out immediately, found my leak. Jerry wrote up an estimate for a new radiator as this one was plastic and couldn't be repaired. The estimate was less than I expected. They completed the work and had it back to me by early afternoon the next day. These guys know what they're doing and took care of my issue professionally. They were also quite friendly! Heartily recommend them!”

“I recently went to the Lake Stevens Les Schwab due to a slow leak in a tire. My spouse had taken our vehicle to a different Les Schwab four days earlier due to this issue and was told nothing wrong was found. Anyhow, the Lake Stevens location located a screw in the tire, removed the screw, and patched it. The wait was a few hours but once my vehicle was pulled in the repair was quick. I’ve been to this location with numerous vehicles over the years and have no complaints on the work performed. It is a busy location so there is often a decent wait, but employees work hard and do what they can to keep things moving.”
