This Michaels is always clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful and I always find something I didn't know I needed. The addition of self checkout is great but there is always someone close by if you need help or want to pay with cash.

I have now been helped by Logan in the framing department twice and had lovely experiences. She is so kind and helpful. She made great suggestions and made sure to give each customer in line her full time and attention. If anyone with payroll power sees this, please give her a raise!
