Ashton had a great sense of humor and made sure I was well taken care of during my visit. The gentleman who helped me, he said he was the new general service tech, made me laugh and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation while my truck was getting serviced.As always, I will continue getting my truck serviced at the Marysville location.2582 is the best!”

“I went there for a replacement of two parts in my car that I couldn't safely replace. After tax it cost $171 (rounded up) The people there were friendly, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like a cash cow. I bought the parts myself before going to Bones so that made the cost cheaper. I'd recommend this place for car work. I've been there before multiple times and never once for a botched job on their end of it. Would recommend.”

“I went to the location in snohomish across from les schwab. Service was quick and efficient. All the guys were a pleasure to be around. I completely the understand the need to inform customers of ALL options. But I appreciated them when i opted for the conventional oil change and wasnt pushed to change my mind. I used to goto valvoline if i couldnt do it myself but will be returning to this location from now on when needed.”

“Thank you for fast and efficient service, and for answering questions about the ECS warning codes I’ve experienced in the past. Honda has changed the Catalytic converter multiple times, clearing the code, only for the code to return. The multi-care service tech who was at Jiffy Lube when I went in (from Silver Lake Multi-Care Jiffy Lube) answered my questions about whether the issues could be the O2 sensor and fuel filter. I appreciate his time and advice. He is very knowledgeable. I left feeling as though I could trust him and the team at Jiffy Lube to perform more than just oil changes … I trust them with my car. This reminds me of the old Texaco service station jingle … “you can trust your car to the man who wears the star”. I give 5 stars to Jiffy lube employees!”

“My car kept overheating and I needed it fixed right away as I was going to be leaving town in just a few days. He took my car in with no wait and finished exactly when he said he would. The shop is a little hidden, but well worth seeking out. He does good work, and is a nice guy to boot. I would heartily reccomend giving him a shot if/when you need work done on your car. I've moved out of Marysville now but if I were still living in the area I would bring my vehicles to James whenever I needed something.”

“I can't recommend this place enough! Last night, I came out to my car from the grocery store to find oil leaking out everywhere. I called them 3:40 and they told me they were about to close at 4, but they would wait for me.What I thought was going to be a simple bolt tightening and oil top off turned into a huge mess. (The last place that had changed my oil hadn't properly secured ANYTHING. All of my caps and bolts had been slowly coming loose for 3 months.) There was oil absolutely everywhere under my car and under the hood.The employee here stayed and worked on my car for 2 hours (an hour and a half past closing) and made sure that everything was clean, safe, and properly tightened before I left.I am incredibly grateful for the service I received and for the kindness I was shown here. I will be telling everyone I know to give their business to these guys... instead of chain oil change places run by people who care more about quantity than they do quality.”
