“I recently went to the Lake Stevens Les Schwab due to a slow leak in a tire. My spouse had taken our vehicle to a different Les Schwab four days earlier due to this issue and was told nothing wrong was found. Anyhow, the Lake Stevens location located a screw in the tire, removed the screw, and patched it. The wait was a few hours but once my vehicle was pulled in the repair was quick. I’ve been to this location with numerous vehicles over the years and have no complaints on the work performed. It is a busy location so there is often a decent wait, but employees work hard and do what they can to keep things moving.”

“They take a while but they do a good job and they aren't snakes. I was in the automotive industry for 12 years - 5 of which as a commercial sales manager. During that time I had worked with probably 100+ businesses. I could legitimately only recommend about 5 of them. I can recommend this place. The level of care they go through is really impressive that most people wouldn't notice. Valve caps replaced (for free), they will let you know if your hub centric rings are bad, if you have a cracked rim they actually would figure it out instead of just selling you a new set of tires, the tire warranty is *out of this world,* Costco seems to hold them to very high standards. Did you know if you buy tires practically anywhere else they don't come with a road hazard warranty, and you have to pay for it - and maybe their road hazard warranty sucks - so if you got a bubble or screw on the sidewall they wouldn't be covered and you'd have to pay out of pocket for a brand new tire - or 2-4 if you're AWD/4WD? At Costco, that's all covered. For free! There are a few shops in the area I have been to, with a higher rating, and their workmanship is much worse. I think it's just because most people don't know much about cars. Having a good mechanic, tire center, etc. is like having a good doctor It's something we all really benefit from. We are lucky to have these guys here.”
