The level of care they go through is really impressive that most people wouldn't notice. Valve caps replaced (for free), they will let you know if your hub centric rings are bad, if you have a cracked rim they actually would figure it out instead of just selling you a new set of tires, the tire warranty is *out of this world,* Costco seems to hold them to very high standards.

Did you know if you buy tires practically anywhere else they don't come with a road hazard warranty, and you have to pay for it - and maybe their road hazard warranty sucks - so if you got a bubble or screw on the sidewall they wouldn't be covered and you'd have to pay out of pocket for a brand new tire - or 2-4 if you're AWD/4WD?

At Costco, that's all covered. For free!

There are a few shops in the area I have been to, with a higher rating, and their workmanship is much worse. I think it's just because most people don't know much about cars. Having a good mechanic, tire center, etc. is like having a good doctor
