We had the most wonderful day taking our granddaughter shopping at Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip! This outdoor mall is the perfect spot for a special grandparent-grandkid adventure—just a quick 30-40 minute drive north of Seattle with easy I-5 access and plenty of parking.
The highlight was exploring all the kids’ stores together. The Disney Store Outlet had her eyes lighting up with adorable character clothes and toys at great prices, while Carter’s, OshKosh, The Children’s Place, and Gap Factory offered so many cute outfits and matching sets. We scored fantastic deals (many 40-65% off) on quality items she’ll actually wear and love. It felt like a treasure hunt that kept her excited the whole time!
The setting is beautiful—wide walkways with mountain views, clean and well-maintained, and easy to stroll hand-in-hand even with little legs. We took breaks at the food court and enjoyed the fresh air. It’s family-friendly through and through, with a welcoming vibe that made the day relaxing and joyful rather than stressful.
If you’re looking for a fun, memorable outing with grandkids (or the whole family), this is it. Highly recommend visiting on a weekday or early to avoid bigger crowds. We’ll definitely be back for more happy memories! ❤️?️”

“Pretty much any store you could imagine. All within a 5 mile radius. All shops have great prices too. N. Everett has no Walmart, Cabela's,home base, cheap gas, and liquor. This is one stop red neck shopping at its finest.”

“This is a great addition to a mostly residential area. There are a few apartment buildings here and it seems there are adding more units ground level. There are a few stores such as AmazonGo, a pet store with self wash for your pet, an infant clothing store, a cafe (new), a tap bar, a wine bar, ramen restaurant, a steakhouse, an Xfinity store, a barre studio, massage place and a dentist. I hope they open more businesses, maybe a coffee shop and maybe a pop up store.Plenty of parking, the area is safe, clean and has a bus stop right in front.”
“Decent place, this has been cleaned up a lot in recent years. Now homeless people are starting to come around again. This place has a low homeless population.
The parking lot is a decent size. They really could use some EV parking. Good selection of stores”
“Stopped into here 3/13/2022 on our visit to Washington, the place is decently stocked, not too big a selection for clothes, it's kinda like a mid sized Exchange. Employees and staff was very friendly and helpful. Gas pumps are located across the parking lot.”
