“I called to request an appointment, expecting a wait but hoping for less than the three weeks I had been offered by another spa service company. Jeff happened to be nearby and on his way home so he offered to stop by right then. He was at my house within minutes and my hot tub was fixed and ready to use again in less than a half-hour! Amazing! He was also able to sell me supplies I needed from his van which saved me a trip to the store. Jeff was super friendly and his hot tub knowledge (of all spa brands) was solid. I will recommend him to friends without hesitation. I especially appreciate him taking the time to provide spa tips and education on my brand and model since I inherited this spa when I purchased the house and knew very little about it. “Ok so they keep changing prices for example ok e week but chips or lunch meat etc at a very low price it gets me in the door and then go back 2 weeks later and those prices went way up to regular store prices and it's like a game they keep playing”
