“My name is Tom, this is my wife's account, I don't have one, I have never done a review ever before, but had to for this place....I am from Arizona and had an emergency repair needed on my tow vehicle behind my motorhome. It had a problem that would not allow me to tow it and I am leaving back to AZ on Monday. It is Friday night just before closing and told them my dilemma....Charlie..Great guy said bring it in. This is after calling 100 places hoping for someone who could help! Long story short, Charlie and Jamie stopped what they were working on, and with all there skill and wisdom, put there heads together and figured out what was a trully complicated situation, thru process of elimination and knowledge, fixed a complex electrical glitch in my Yukon and got me back in business. Charlie and Jamie, thank you so much, you two are true professionals!! You could have said no on a rainy Friday night before quittin time but did not. People ...please let these guys take care of your auto repairs ...they are awesome!!!! Thanks again guys! Tom”

I was able to pay by credit card (saw that some reviews said cash was needed) and I was given information to give to my insurance company as well as recommendations for body shops. He towed my truck back to my house and gave me a ride. Very kind and professional, I’m very grateful to him”
