“Took my 2022 Hyundai Kona in after hitting a tire tread from a semi on the freeway. Needed the front bumper and the radar replaced. All the staff are very friendly. Carrie helped arrange a rental car for me. They sent a text with a link so I could see updates. Brandon also called a few times with updates. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. My car was washed and delivered to me when I arrived for pick up. I was also able to easily drop off my rental there too. My car looks and drives perfectly. Good experience overall.”

“I had a nightmare situation with a blown engine on my 2012 Land Rover. Christina and everyone did their absolute best to resolve it. They identified what caused the engine to fail and called everywhere to find another engine. Ultimately, being a Land Rover, I simply couldn't afford to have it replaced. I appreciate the amount of time they invested in me. Their knowledge and professionalism cannot be best. When I get another vehicle M&N Absolute Auto Repair will be the only shop I trust to maintain it.Many thanks to you all.Jami lol”

“Called these guys when I work van took a dump and left me stranded in Marysville. Called and talked to dispatch can't remember her name but she's great at multitasking! Was informed that I'd get a call from a driver in about 25 minutes. Spoke to Desmond and informed me of the time he'd be there. He showed up in a nice looking Ford 350? And was very nice and his truck was super clean. He was professional the entire time but unfortunately went with another company due to a miscommunication with the first company I called. This company should be called if you need a tow quick. I appreciate the fast response and the time he took for me.”

“We have been coming here for 10+ years and Jeff has always been more then accommodating. Our cars are always done fast and you can trust that they really care about doing good work. I have a problem with my engine where it burns oil very fast and Jeff is the only one who has been able to somewhat solve this issue for me. I always come here for not only oil changes but everything els. He will also check out everything for you too and make sure it all looks good.Our schedules are crazy and Jeff will get us in when he can , EVEN last minute most of the time (SO grateful) and usually has our car done in a day depending on what all needs to be done. Jeff is the only one I trust, I have had bad experiences at dealerships and other places. I will only come here and I recommend everyone to come here for all your car needs.”

“Updated to 5 star from 1. I called around and the owner speaks the truth. WSP dictates pricing and every tow company I called charges the same amount. My qualm is not with Road Rescue Towing it is with the morons that set the outrageous prices to begin with. They of course don't have to charge that amount but what self respecting business owner wouldn't want to maximize their profits. I can't believe it costs $634.12 to get your car out of impound but I do not make a habit of getting my car towed so very expensive lesson learned. How someone with an inexpensive commuter can justify paying to retrieve their car boggles my mind. Have a great day and keep making that money player.”
