Terrible customer service. My son lost his phone, my wife went to the verizon store asking for assistance in finding it. Instead of receiving any kind of help in finding the phone, she was persistently asked to buy another phone to replace the lost one. She was also told that because it wasn't an I phone, there was nothing that could be done, which is a lie. I had to research the problem my self, and eventually, I was able to track the phone down. I've always had horrible customer experiences from this store. I will not be back.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the way Evan answered our questions and explained everything to us. It was a very pleasant interaction and we left feeling good about our purchase.

Trey was absolutely lovely! She was very personable, set up my new phone quickly and she helped to save me money on my monthly bill! She made me feel so happy to be with Verizon. We need 10 more of her!

Customer Service is alive and well in Lake Stevens at the Verizon store in Frontier Village! Madilyn and Traihana did a great job of upgrading and transferring my phones; very helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. Thanx!
UPDATE: decided to change phone models after a couple of days... and once again, Customer Service was outstanding... thanx Spencer!

The gentleman that helped us did an amazing job. We were very happy with the experience. I don't recall his name but he had a tree tattoo on one of his arms and had black beaded bracelets on one arm and I believe he had a necklace as well. Super nice guy and very helpful.

He didnt want to hear my concern. He made it perfectly clear upon arrival that once he was finished with the couple in front of him it would be time close.Now, was I dismissed or what.He than asked what I needed help with.So its ok to discuss in front of his customer my concern. Sad. I told him I could wait, nope. His response after I briefed him was " oh know youll have to contact 611, I cant do anything about that". Can I spend more money with Verizon! Its now an hour and 1/2 later, Im done at Safeway and he is still open and no one with him inside. America, isnt it the best. Times have changed. My grand father would turn over in his grave.

I had the best experience ever at this store! The Verizon associate Trayvana was so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. She took the time to make sure my phone and watch were set up properly before I left. It is so nice to know that there really are people out there who can deliver stellar customer service, you were Awesome!!!
