He didnt want to hear my concern. He made it perfectly clear upon arrival that once he was finished with the couple in front of him it would be time close.Now, was I dismissed or what.He than asked what I needed help with.So its ok to discuss in front of his customer my concern. Sad. I told him I could wait, nope. His response after I briefed him was " oh know youll have to contact 611, I cant do anything about that". Can I spend more money with Verizon! Its now an hour and 1/2 later, Im done at Safeway and he is still open and no one with him inside. America, isnt it the best. Times have changed. My grand father would turn over in his grave.

I had the best experience ever at this store! The Verizon associate Trayvana was so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. She took the time to make sure my phone and watch were set up properly before I left. It is so nice to know that there really are people out there who can deliver stellar customer service, you were Awesome!!!

Please look for a different store that has personnel that is capable and knowledgeable of what they are doing!!! I had added Smart Family to my plan thinking it was a helpful app. to have if you have kids. It was an easy thing to do over chat with a Verizon rep. Well long story short whoever added it messed up my whole network on my cellphone. I had restrictions on calls, messages and no network connection. The experience got worse when I stepped into this store! The customer service representative that helped me but did nothing his name is Luis who if he learns nothing he will get nowhere in that position. He was zero helpful, would step away constantly and keep asking his manager things and when I asked what's going on he seemed clueless for crying out loud he wouldn't even talk!! And when I was explaining him what had happened he looked at me like I was an idiot and it was my fault for adding this feature. I was at the store for over 3 hours on a Sunday the store literally closed and I left with my phone even worse than when I walked in. Avoid this store! All they do is call customer support on the phone and you can do that from the comfort of your home without seeing empty-headed people.

Went to switch from T mobile back to Verizon, worked with Ken.Ken was awesome, quick pleasant and most helpful! Bravo Ken youWent above and beyond! Ask for Ken he will take great care of you!

This is hands down the best Verizon store I have ever been to, hands down. No wait, even if there was, every single employee there was so nice and lovely. Went above and beyond and set up my Verizon gear that I bought from google. They still gave me great service even though I didn't buy anything major from their store. This is my new go to Verizon store.

Made an appointment, went in and waited for an hour. Never was acknowledged or greeted, finally asked the rep if appointments mattered and he basically said no they do not. This is the second time this has happened at this store.

When I moved, my phone got no reception. I didn't want to switch providers, but Verizon has better coverage in my area. I talked to Brian about the different phones and services they provide. I'm terrible with technology and understanding phones ... ugh. But he provided excellent customer service and helped me to find a phone and services that were perfect for what I needed! This is definitely my store of choice when I need anything concerning phones!

I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and can honestly say that this experience has prompted me to consider changing. I don't know if it is the store or Verizon.. I came in to purchase 2 replacement phones. I was told that one would be available in a few days but I would have to wait a month for the other. I was ok with that because I needed the one that was supposed to come in a few days and could wait for the other. After a week, I called and enquired about the first phone and was told that it was placed on the same order with the other phone and it would not ship until ALL phones on the order were available to ship. A month later I received a call to come pick up the first phone. I drove 30 minutes to the store, only to have them tell me that the second phone was not in so they couldn't give me the 1st phone until they had all phones that were ordered, in the store. 2 days later I received a call saying that the second phone was in and we informed the manager that we would be in on the weekend to pick them up. That night I received an email stating that since I had not picked up the phone, my order could be cancelled and I would have to reorder the phones. I don't ever want to go through that again.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the guy who helped me. He was super patient and very accommodating. I wrecked my phone at work, and I needed it replaced immediately. My new phone is a different phone from what I'm used to. I like it, though. It was affordable and immediate, which is exactly what I was looking for.
