“Excellent service by Oliver and his crew, I stopped by looking for a specific set of wheels, he had then at another store and had them delivered to Marysville location within a couple hours. Same day install for wheels and tires. Pricing was good, customer service was excellent. Highly recommend, will be going back in the future.”

“Had a transmission put in my 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6. They did a great job even though I had purchased a used Japanese transmission and stopped work once they noticed some difference in the 2 transmissions ( original and replacement). They were as patient as you could expect when you have them stop work in the middle of working on a vehicle once I figured out that the model numbers were just different between Japanese and United States we went ahead with the work and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.”
“Aunya is knowledgable and firm on the rules. She was a great help trying to find me tires i was asking for based on outside recommendation. She communicates well and was courteous. The day of the appointment was good, in and out in the estimated time provided. Unfortunately there was a mishap with the balance machine and my wheel was significantly damaged. Kyle handled it and spoke with me immediately. They ordered a replacement and are correcting the mistake. I appreciate the teams professionalism and understanding shxt happens.”
“I highly recommend Greg and his Team at Formula! My granddaughter ran over something and did some pretty significant damage to motor mounts etc. Since it was a newer VW, the damage was crazy labor intensive and even crazier expensive from the dealer - if they could get around to it. The dollar tree stores I've been in get to be pretty messy with product spread all over the place. “I've been a loyal customer of Big O Tires for years and just realized I haven't left a review yet. Over the years, they've taken care of all our vehicles in various ways. Recently , we faced an issue where our tires were really low on air, and we discovered that the metal tire valve stems were seized on, preventing us from inflating them. Thankfully, they managed to get us in same day and had us back on the road in no time. The pricing was excellent, especially considering how much it relieved the stress of heading into the winter/holiday season with low tire pressure. It's a great place, and they'll definitely continue to have our business!”

“We were stuck on the side of the road on a holiday weekend towing a camper trailer late in the day. All other repair shops were closing for the weekend. Thankfully Les Schwab was open until 6pm so we could get the truck to the store before closing. Along with that, they were open on a Saturday, even though it was a holiday weekend. Because of that we didn't have to figure out a way back to our home 2 hours away and not see the truck until Wednesday at the earliest. They were also able to store our camper for the night in their fenced in area. That made us relieved knowing our trailer was secure. We were able to spend a night in a hotel. Since they knew we were staying here temporarily, they got on it first thing Saturday morning. It was finished before noon. We were very impressed by the professionalism and the caring for our situation and was very grateful for the thoughtful actions of the mechanics.”
