“Candice, is the epitome of excellent customer service. I was looking for a wind resistant safety jacket and she showed me several options of which had different qualities. She went above and beyond. She offered me water and even gave me some trail mix. I felt like I was at Nordstrom or the Mercedes dealership. I ended up spending almost $400.00 and it was worth it. ???????? Thank you!”
“The service was great! But the sizing is really weird, I got an XL in men’s PJ bottoms, and when I tell you they were so tight on me… I weigh 143, so there was NO WAY a MENS XL could be so tight around my waist, but it was, idk if they mixed up there whole stores sizing, but their PJ bottoms, honestly these XL’s should either be in smalls or medium cause this isn’t an XL this is a MEDIUM or SMALL. I’m not mad cause it was 10$ but common your sizing is for people who have anorexia, there’s noooo way it’s not.”

“I'm going to go ahead and give this place more stars than I originally planned, because the store at this particular location is FANTASTIC, and my beef is with the company itself. Really nice and helpful staff, well stocked, and the decorations are so well done. The vibe is just a very cool and fun one. But Spirit Halloween, come on. You've GOT TO STOP WITH THE OFFENSIVE RACIAL COSTUMES. People's race and cultural heritage are NOT acceptable to be dressed up as for Halloween! This isn't 1950, y'all know this. Do better.”
“So remember back in the day everyone used to wear Tommy, Nautica and Polo? I still wear tommy but only the jackets lmao. I came in here with the intensions of not buying anything. I ended up walking out with a red tommy jacket that I could not resist. Lol it was 76 bucks and it was on sale, why not. I think that's the only good thing about the outlet mall, the sales lol. But this store had alot, I may swoop in for another jacket though lol. Priorities smh.”
“I LOVE having this store in the area I live. The sales are good and the staff is GREAT! Judith was extremely helpful today when I was buying a pair of capri's. She asked how they fit and I said a little loose which is what I prefer. She was honest and told me the Rainier pants do stretch and I may want to consider a size smaller. I tried on the smaller size and they fit nicely, though slightly more snug than I usually wear. Because of her help and honesty, I have a pair of capri's I'll be happy with in the longrun. The store was a bit unorganized, but considering my time of visit was near closing its understandable, the cashiers are my favorite they we welcoming and asked the right question and knew to anticipate my shopping concerns.
