Spare remote worked within an hour, free of charge, after the company delivered and install a lift in less than a week. Saving the customer about 8k and an additional 4k with other options. He was professional, super knowledgeable, and steered the customer toward a better fit for the boat. The lift is perfect and the experience phenomenal and seamless.

I called Gabe @ GATCO regarding a lost remote control to my jet ski lift. Within 5 minutes Gabe Faced Timed me to see what lift box I had. Within an hour he arrived at the house with a spare remote that worked. Success and great customer service free of charge for being a long time customer owning two lifts from GATCO.

Gatco is fantastic! Gabe the owner stands behind his product with service before and after the sale. We bought 1 boat lift and 2 jet ski lifts in the last year. His prices were the most competitive and the service is outstanding. Whenever I ask a question his response time is less than a day.
