“Going to this post office has been the best experience I've ever had at a post office. The ladies behind the counter were extremely friendly and funny. My family and I went in for passports, and the lady helping us was great. She was so patient with my 4 year old who was getting antsy. She was quick and explained the process well. Other people were helped in a timely manner. The line never got longer than 3 people. It was a great experience.”

“Frank G, our FloHawk Septic Serviceman did an excellent job on Septic Pump Out. We were slightly late returning to our house, and he never fussed at all about our lateness. Due to a wrist injury, I had been unable to clear the bush covering the Septic Hatch Cover. I had the tools but was not able to do that part of the job. Frank stepped in and cleared the area in about 2 minutes. That clearing allowed unfettered access to the hatch which allowed Frank to get in and complete the Septic pump out of our tank in just minutes. By the way, if you’re thinking about having FloHawk install a Riser and Hatch Cover over the pump out hatch on your septic tank, I highly recommend doing that. The pump out is so much easier when you don’t have to disrupt the surface area above your Septic System (front yard, in our case). In Summary, FloHawk handled both of our last two Septic Pump Outs and did a superb job both times! I told Frank if he finds folks who would like a 3rd opinion on FloHawk services, please give them my contact info and I’ll be happy to provide info on my experience.
