“Old Navy is a crap shoot. I’ve shopped there for years because they have my size and I appreciate that. But, their prices have gone way up. I shop the sales and usually find one or two things. The quality isn’t the same as before but I appreciate the styles.”

BEST DECISION EVER sutch great cloths for plus sized people cuz its mostly never botten cuz no big girls think they will find smth there so it all gets discounted in a few weeks so thatpice of clothing u saw last month will probablybe in the discount section for 15$ rather that 50$. “I have been trying to find the perfect school outfits for my granddaughter who has severe sensory issues. She doesn’t like anything that’s scratchy or tight on her skin. When I walked in I was greeted by this very nice associate, she seemed to be the only one on the floor. She was so patient with all my questions and helped me find matching outfits! She reassured me of their return policy just in case my granddaughter didn’t like anything. It was so nice compared to Walmart and target near by!”

“Karina with a K was a horrible individual. I was so close to losing my cool, but for obvious reasons I can’t. But I was there twice over the last two days and I spent my childhood roaming these hallowed halls (when the Bon Marche was here), so I couldn’t let the incredible work of literally every other employee and the manager go unnoticed. Though Karina said “may you have the holiday you deserve,” and I was briefly tempted to correct her error, the manager and the other regular staff helped me, my sister, my brother yesterday. I’ll call corporate separately about Karina, and speak to her about unprofessionalism, but this store is full of staff that cares, and that deserves to be celebrated, especially during the holiday season. Super props to the manager. As most people, I’ve shopped at H&M for years, and to grab gifts and fast fashion finds, but knowledgeable, kind staff take the experience to the highest level. Again, Karina was horrible, but literally every other team member was kind, informative and intelligent. Kudos to the management team”
“I've gone to the quarter sales about twice a year for years. and I love that they do that for the community. Even lots of bigger items outside were only 25 cents each! 👌 but... the bathroom is always beyond dirty. Like layers of pee and dust all around the toilet. Probably should give less than 4 stars for that but I'm too nice.”

“I've been going to the store fore about 2 years and absolutely love it! It's by far the cleanest, offers a wide variety of things and is the most organized consignment store I've been to. My son (who is 2) absolutely loves goung there and always manages to find something that catches his eye. My mom and I visit there as often as we can. We love all the staff and the overall store. We've always felt comfortable, safe and welcome. I currently live about 2 hours away from this store and I will always find time to go to Children's Trading Post. 😊”
