This store is very local, my experience here was awesome it was like I wanna say 1-2 years ago , rep met my needs and asked questions, I still have the stylus sitting at home she sold me as a an extra phone. Lesly was a good sales person

There was an issue with being misinformed by one of the employees at this store but Roxanne the manager handled it with empathy and ensured I left satisfied. If not for Roxanne, I would not recommend Cricket to anyone else!
