I love coming in here. I kid you not. Every time something is wrong with my phone. I find myself right back to our Lakewood Cricket store. Where thankfully we are always greeted/helped by Roxanne and her team. I'm not cell phone savvy. I thank her and her team for always being there for. It's always laugh because there's never really anything wrong with my phone. It's truly owner error. Till my next phone defaults.

Roxanne was amazing. The store was relatively busy when we walked in. She’s a hard worker and knows how to multitask. She’s professional as well as attentive to the customers while helping everyone at the same time. She deserves a lot of credit for the way she was able to take care of all of the customers needs at once.
