“Was able to come in early due to the text option. This is a great way to communicate with customers who don’t answer phone calls immediately. My experience with my dog was amazing and really quick. The vet was nice and handled her gently. I came in with my two small children and was done within ten minutes. Will definitely come back.”
“VERY NICE STAFF. And unlike Petsmart where I couldnt see that they put shamppo on my pet, at Petco one can. I dont think the petsmart put any shampoo on my dog, probably just sprayed some cologne on him, wet his ears and called it good.”

“Grooming department has always been exceptional (for some reason my dog doesn’t like the grooming department in Tacoma) but I just wanted to give Anna the cashier some recognition because her attention to detail is superb. I’ve gotten refrigerated food for my dog and she noticed that the food was expired and it ended up being the whole shipment of the SKU was expired and she gave me half off off another dog food ( same brand , same type of food , just bigger ).”
