“For a small shop, Wag has a great inventory. The staff are super helpful and will make sure you get just what you need. They have so many great toy, food and snack options! I’ve been going to this petsmart for years and she has never let me down. She helps me with the app as well and she’s honestly the main reason I keep coming back. I’m not sure if she’s had a raise yet or not but with this type of customer service she honestly deserves one.”

Follow up a couple months later: I recommend using their online purchase and delivery off of their website also. I ordered two items on Monday, I received one of them delivered to my house yesterday (Wed) and the second item arrived today (Thu). Very quick delivery, especially during Christmas time.

“The front receptionist was so understanding and compassionate dealing with putting our family cat down. He was old and we tried holding out until the last minute to prolong his time with us. But it became painful to watch him struggle with daily tasks. We were unable to come up with the full amount of the end of life services. She politely said she would take care of it and we paid what we could. I highly appreciate and recommend the Tacoma Humane Society for any of your animals needs. Please feel free to donate these people have nothing but the utmost heartfelt compassion for all animals. THANK YOU!”
