“Went to Troy to have him do a diagnostic on my car. I haven’t had good experiences in the past with larger mechanic companies so I wanted to try a smaller business. Troy exceeded my expectations. He was very informative when explaining what was going on. He also told me about a potential problem I may have with something else later down the road even though it wasn’t contributing to overall chief concern, but that way I was at least aware of it moving forward. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to do the repair as the tires need to be balanced but he was able to recommend a shop that he’s had positive experiences with. “Mechanics are rarely stumped, but when they are? They call Smart Alex (now called Smart Care if you’re searching). He has been our mechanic for years. Below is a pic of him at work lolOnce I had a loose handle on the Jeep and had it in for an oil change…completely forgot to mention the handle to Alex. Was saying goodbye and said “argh…next time I’ll have to have you look at the handle…” He literally went “hmm…” clicked the handle completely out, jiggled something, clicked it back on and smiled, “there.” It was never a problem again.He and his crew (and his family) really are the best-not 3 or 4 trips to the mechanic to get something repaired or checked. Not if Alex does it. His mom was right for calling him Smart Alex from childhood on!”

“got my car done in less than 15min. The only reason why I’m giving them a 4 star review. It is because some cars are programmed to keep the wheels on the same spot due to Sensor but the guy put it on the wrong side. Which made my sensor reading inaccurate.but overall it was a good experience and pretty straightforward.”

“I took a used car to Ray's for a pre-purchase inspection and I was very favorably impressed! They got me in within a day, and worked around my flaky scheduling without complaint. Steve, the mechanic who did the inspection, was obviously extremely competent, and turned around a very thorough inspection in about an hour and a half. Steve explained everything he found to me in non-mechanic terms and contextualized the results considering the age and mileage of the car. Seldom have I spend $150 so wisely. His evaluation allowed me to negotiate an equatable price from a position of strength. I strongly recommend Ray's Auto Center.”

“This was by far the best service we have received. Not only were they extremely efficient but completely honest. I went in for what I thought was a new transmission and they found the problem (which was not the transmission), fixed it and took care of other needed repairs. I will be a regular at this location.”
“I had a great experience with this shop. The rear differential needed to be rebuilt, and unfortunately, one of the parts was difficult to locate. Collectively myself and the people in the office were able to locate the part and after 2 months( to no fault of the shops) my rig is back on the road, working great. The mechanic was also great to talk to and answered all my questions and explained in detail what I needed to have done. I will definitely be a repeat customer with my other vehicles.
