“Great service. Well worth driving from Burien to Lakewood to have the fuel filter changed on our 2016 Sprinter van. The price was very good and as promised I was able to drop the van off and wait while the service was completed. The service was completed in 1 hour from the time I arrived. I definitely will trust The Sprinter Shop for future service needs.”

“I am not one to leave reviews, however good customer service is very hard to come by in todays day and age. I have been looking to get some rust repair done on my vehicle, and I have been calling around to different shops. Martiniano's was one of the few that responded in good time. I decided to stop by their shop and see what they could do. They were extremely upfront with their prices and what they were going to do and their time frame. I decided to pull the trigger with them and dropped my vehicle off.
They were great with communication throughout the process. I picked up the vehicle and the work they did looked great. Not only did they do what we agreed on, but they cleaned up a gasket around a window and took out some good size dents in the rear of the vehicle, with no additional cost. I was also given some touchup paint and a quick tutorial on how I could work on any chips that need to be fixed elsewhere.
I was blown away by the service I was provided. They went above and beyond. I have plenty more work to be done to my vehicle and I will be sure to return. I cant recommend them enough.”
“I took my vehicle to another mechanic and over $2,000 later my car came back with more issues that was not previously there, that they could not fix without more money. I brought my same vehicle in to Ray's Auto Center wanting one specific issue fixed which was my air conditioner, and they were able to fix it and another issue with my vehicle that I was told would cost over a grand from the previous mechanic with a $2 part and some knowledge. I am beyond grateful with the honesty of this mechanic shop which I was recommended to by friends and family. The price was perfect compared to what I had come to expect from the experience with the last mechanic.”

“I recently swapped my cluster to a 1995 SR5 cluster, but the odometer and mileage were not working properly. I brought it in and the owner gave me a very fair quote for the repair. The job only took about two hours, and they got everything working perfectly.
You can tell these guys really know what they’re doing — they’ve been in the business for a long time and it shows in their work. Great customer service, honest pricing, and overall a very smooth experience. I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back for future work.”

“Great service and highly recommend! Troy is very professional and knowledgeable. Communicated everything and was always promptly on time. He treats the recommended repair as if it was his vehicle and money. His van set up is impressive shows he takes his business very serious. He came out to diagnose and change my motor mounts. His quotes/ invoices are detailed so you know where his pricing is coming from (which is very reasonable). I am very satisfied with service that I was provided. “Kirsty at the front desk honestly rebuilt, transmissions, too, which I was shocked at, but she’s been there 35 years. I investigated this company a lot before I had My Transmission pretty much totally rebuilt. They were local company. I could’ve got a rebuilt transmission much less, but they would have to ship it and I would have to install it and I didn’t want to go through that. Honestly, would’ve been a little bit more money if I did that. But they did rebuild my transmission. I thought I had a problem with it. I did everything executed everything exactly as the warranty. And again, Christie was very nice about making this happen because I was rushing to Las Vegas to see my children before Christmas. She found me a place in Idaho that would give me my 500 mile warranty. I had a problem and I thought it was the transmission because it was banging very hard and when I took it back to them under the warranty. They were very nice we drove around and he said it was a misfire on cylinder 1 Five and eight. Everything in the transmission was working perfectly, so I would absolutely recommend them”

“Dave was very communicative through the entire process. I brought my car in For a code that had been reading for about a year for emissions. They even replaced a passenger side seat switch that I mentioned at the front desk while dropping off the car. They replaced all of my spark plugs.I dropped my car off midday Monday and I was called the very next day to pick it up. They were very informative. Let me know all of the details about my car and I recommend them 100%. Their prices were extremely reasonable. Moving forward I will bring my car to them anytime I am needing anything. Overall, excellent customer service.”

“5/5, highly recommend, this will be my go-to shop!!I brought my 07 Honda Civic to this shop because I had a leaky sunroof and windshield. The owner, Mark, and front office person, Bethany, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They kept me very well informed of the procedures they were doing, let me know what the "must do" vs "can do later" fixes were, and were very clear about costs of things. Also, there was absolutely NONE of that cliché "you're a woman in an auto shop, so I'll talk down to you or make you feel less than" stuff. (That may seem like a small thing, but women will tell you it's a big deal.)I picked up my car yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. They even found a couple of things the previous owner had left behind under the seats that I had missed (purchased about 16 months ago)! I plan to take my car back when their seasonal detail shop is open, and my partner will be bringing their car in for some tune-up work. Mark & Co have a "our customers are honest, hardworking folks, so we're gonna do right by them" mentality, and it clearly shows in how they talk with folks and the work they do.”

“I am not one to typically write reviews, however these guys deserve some notice. I had just recently purchased a 1996 Integra with a B20V swap, and knowing nothing about Hondas, and from a friends recommendation to bring it here, I decided to have these guys check out my car, mostly to tell me what the car actually has, whether its worth even keeping, and to fix a coolant leak and a funky idle. Most shops would see someone being vocal of them being unsure about anything Honda and would rip them off. These guys didn't. Not only were they extremely professional, they were also stupendously knowledgeable, and were able to answer any and all of my questions without making me feel dumb. Not only did they quickly find the coolant leak (completely loose hoses, unsure how I didn't catch that), they also were able to help adjust my idle after someone had put locktite on the idle adjustment screw. On top of all of this, I was only charged the diag fee, and not an extra hour to do all of that like most other shops would. Everyone here is absolutely awesome, and I will definitely be returning for many more things that this car needs that I am just generally too lazy to do, as I have my hands in a million other cars as well. I forget the names of both of the guys who had helped me, but you guys both know who you are, and you are awesome. If you're looking for a manicured shop with loaner cars, soft jazz, and enough free coffee to give you heart palpitations, stick to the dealers. If you're looking for quality guys who know what they're doing, and are passionate about the cars they work on, go here. They will not disappoint.”

Ive purchased previous springs and tires with AV in the past and was always treated well and given prices that would even beat Costco and other shops in the past. He's always provided insights into what I can and shouldn't do when it come to my cars. even helping to get my Sons 90's Integra setup with better fitting fitment and tires.
So when it came to my most recent V6 Accord, I knew i could count on Universal to help with the PERFECT setup, to keep it clean yet still stand out in a sportier way. From the choices in coil-overs, wheel style, size, and tires to match. Over the past few months, he was patient with me as i pieced things together with no rush or pressure. even suggesting lighter and cheaper wheels that would give me more of what i was wanting. and when it all came together......it was DOPE!
AV always makes me love my ride more and more with every visit to his shop. It's my daily, and I cant wait to be in my car again, even when sitting in traffic. What even more impressive, are the smiles on all of the other customers faces whenever I'm there. Im alway checkin out the cars of others and what they are doing with their whips. lifted trucks, a color matched C8, and an old Ford Fairlane. And they all have the perfect wheels for each.

“I was in a pinch and needed a tire mounted to the rim. All places I called would not mount the tire unless I purchased a tire at their establishment. South Bound did it without hesitation.'They had it mounted in less that 20 min. The staff is fantastic, great customer service. Definitely going to purchase my next motorcycle from them.
