One employee really stands out amongst how busy they get. Lexi, the one who most likely will answer your call, is always so patient and sincere. It's hard to be patient when you are busy and have worked a long day, but somehow Lexi always manages to answer the phone with a kind voice and a ready-to-help attitude. “You have great vets. However, it seems like they're often overworked and that there's a high turnover rate. In addition, different colors would be quite soothing instead of fast food colors, lime green and orange. We drive an extra 45 minutes to go to a Banfield that is not hosted in a PetSmart.”
“We had to put our pup down a few weeks ago and couldn't afford any of his ashes or anything else. We just got a card with his nose/foot print and definitely wasn't expecting it! They were the sweetest people and the cared so much through the whole process. Definitely the best vet we've used.”
