“Ignore the reviewers complaining they aren't greeted immediately, the owners and artists are usually producing more glass art when you enter. To expect them to drop everything is just entitled. The prices are high, yes, but personally I didn't see it as any more from any other independent artist shop.
The owners were also super helpful when the clasp on the necklace we bought broke within a day and let us take another. Good customer service, pretty glass art, and you can watch em make it, which is my favorite personally. If I'm ever in the area again I'm going to drop by for sure.”
