Avoid at all costs! Cabinets arrived damaged, poor finishes, incorrect sizes, and some were even constructed upside-down! I had to pay my contractor a bunch of extra labor costs in order to get them installed correctly, for which Huntwood refused to reimburse me. Nobody knows what's going on there. Replacement parts also arrived damaged and the wrong size. I had to have 2 field service days to get everything right, and there are still problems that I just don't want to deal with them about. They seem to care more about their bottom line than manufacturing a good product. Once they have your money, you're screwed.

If you respect yourself as a person, stay as far away from this "christian" company as possible. I was working in the paint department and the machine to get rid of the paint fumes was down, i offered to buy myself a respirator for my own money, (even though by OSHA law they must provide you with one in such circumstances) i was told i am not allowed to wear one at work. They would rather me die of cancer at a young age, instead of providing me with one. They speak to there employees as if they are dogs, hence the reason more than half of the employees leave. They make you work 12+ hours a day and pay like mcdonalds for really hard work. This company gets away with all of this because they are privately owned. This company should not exist in America, this company belongs in third world countries where slavery is legal because that's literally what they are doing. I am shocked at how the managers and owners of this company can sleep soundly at night knowing they treat hardworking americans like this

We had a horrible experience by paying these folks early before they completed the work. The salesman made several errors in her measurements and never was accountable. The cabinets are not well made and the finish is sub par. They gave us a touch up kit that doesn't match and their service guy is very old and appears to be doing them a favor because all he did was apologize. We still haven't gotten the cabinet completed to our satisfaction and they conveniently now don't answer our phone calls, texts or emails.Beware they over promise and underdeliver.Would not recommend the headache if you are considering buying from them.

Not a good experience for my first time with huntwood. I came in after a flooding incident to pick out new cabinets. I had an appointment with a designer. I knew exactly the wood and stain I wanted and showed her I wanted my bathroom Vanity just like the one in the showroom (hickory oasis) down to the door style everything. She got my dimensions and we talked about where drawers would be and that all went fine. I trusted that when she sent me the bid that everything we discussed was what we talked about and that she was putting in the same specs as the showroom piece. Well my cabinet came and everything was what was discussed except the finish. She didn't put the finish on my order as the same finish as the showroom piece nor did we talk in design about finishes or doing something different we only talked about styles because I had already told her I wanted everything like the show piece. I just trusted what she put in and what was on my contract was what we discussed. I didn't know there were different finishes bc we didn't go over them and assumed that she'd make it like the piece I told her I wanted it just like. So I get my cabinet and it's definitely not the same finish as the showroom piece but everything else was ordered correctly. When asking her about it i felt my questions were being avoided as to why it's different and doesn't acknowledge that she ordered it differently just states that it's the same as the sample. How was I to know the floor model finish was if we didn't discuss it? I'm frustrated and put off by the lack of acknowledgement of her mistake to order it the way we discussed and to not try and make it right . UPDATE: the designer called me and we had a good discussion and we both concluded that during the design process there was a miscommunication. She didn't realize I had wanted the matte as the doors shown after seeing the island had a satin finish and since cost was also an issue she thought that's what I wanted. I still wish it would have been clearer then as I wasn't aware of the difference or what I was getting but I have no previous experience and am novice. The company offered to refinish my existing piece in matte but at my cost since that finish is an up charge. There's also not a guarantee it would look how it would had it been made with the matte finish initially . I'm not thrilled at this resolution and still deciding if it's something I want to do but I do appreciate them attempting to make things right and also the designer explaining things as well made me understand it was truly a miscommunication on both our ends . She did a wonderful job and in the future I'll be sure to know what questions to ask to avoid this circumstance again.

We are unfortunately in the longest project of our lives when it comes to working with Huntwood. We contracted the work in April 2022 and were given a summer time install date for July 2022. First round of cabinetry was a total miss. It was clear that proper field measurements were not conducted. The interior infrastructure of the cabinets were plastic, flimsy and looked cheaper than IKEA. Once proper measurements were taken, they sent us a 2nd round of cabinets. To our utter dismay and disappointment, they are still incorrect. Communication has been challenging and they have stopped all communication. They are not willing to provide the cabinets we ordered. If you're looking for semi-custom quality cabinets, I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Horrible, horrible experience with Huntwood. I would give them no stars if I could. Very unprofessional even up to the head Manager Bryan. Was lied to by employee Sean about a bathroom vanity. He said the vanity would fit any sink from Home Depot but that wasn't the case when we went to install it. When I called to find out why it's not fitting, Sean said that we were well aware that a custom sink was going to have to be made for this cabinet. He blatantly lied to us. He also never told us it was a clearance item and non returnable. We would of never purchased this vanity if that was the case. Warning to others wanting to go here. Take your money somewhere else. Even the manager I spoke with had no intention of helping me, just kept saying excuse after excuse and just told me the item is non-refundable. I will NEVER return to this awful company. Be advised!!!

1&1/2-day kitchen installation - two main concerns...1) water pipe broken off during a hurried installation that needed repair 2) sawdust/shavings on the kitchen floor during the install and inside cabinets and garage after installation Upon notifying Huntwood shortly after the installers broke a water pipe, creating a flood traveling across the kitchen and dining room floor which they quickly worked hard to contain and shop-vac (ours) up, including the water I cleaned up that traveled to the basement below, there was no offer to fix the pipe, so we had to fix it ourselves that same day. We were happy a routine inspection was to follow within a few days in which cabinet corrections were noted but unfortunately no mention of the exit condition or fall out from the flood. ** my frustration I sent an email and they sent someone out and he was understanding, apologetic, and very proactive in sending the installer back to clean the bulk of what was left in the garage and get the cabinet corrections made and sent someone to assess and fix the water damage to the ceiling below. The cabinet corrections were made but not without leaving saw dust and shavings inside the cabinets. We helped with the flood, cleaned the water in the basement below, fixed the broken pipe, swept during and after the install...after the installation we needed to vacuum every cabinet, remove stickers from the boards, add more shims, wipe down the residual saw dust left on our belongings in the garage, and remove a large box of garbage. The cabinet corrections were made, and we feel happy the warranty will cover any cabinet concerns in the future. I sent a 2nd email almost 4 weeks ago, checking to see if there was a review in progress about the work WE had to contribute to the project due to the carelessness and deficiencies from the installation and no response. Very unexpected, unprofessional, and disappointing.

We recently built a new retirement home and installed Huntwood cabinets . We could not be happier with the cabinets, the design and the service. We worked with Angela at the Bellevue showroom. She was patient, responsive and so incredibly helpful during the whole process. We did have a couple of adjustments after the installation and they were all taken care of. I saw the other lower rated reviews and based on my experience I was surprised. Perhaps it's the location. I would absolutely recommend Huntwood to my best friend!

Horrible customer service! I felt like I was an inconvenience to the person that was suppose to be helping me! She didn't want to show me the Butcher block pieces, didn't have a tape measure or any models to show me the sizes. I won't be using there Huntwood or their products again!

If you are looking for service based cabinet company - THIS IS NOT IT!! During our complete fire renovation we contacted Huntwood for all our cabinets ($75,000). With a 16 week production time - after two months of wasted for basic design and drawings, they said they could not help us. Contacted them again through Doors & Millwork, received a quote a month after requesting it and with three days of receipt, cancelled the proposal and could not help us. There way of customer service and managing orders is cancelling them.

Huntwoods "In Stock Cabinets" are a joke. I was originally told we could get cabinets in 4 days. Then when I brought in my exact order (the same day I was told 4 days), they told me "oh, we need 2 weeks to get that order put together". I have a very average galley kitchen. 2 weeks passes and I call to check in on the day I am supposed to pick them up, and "Oh, I am sorry. We have everything but (1) of the cabinets. That one won't be ready for another week and a half."....... I asked if I could get two smaller ones. They couldn't figure out if they had smaller ones "In-Stock" while I was on the phone so they said they would check and get back to me. Over an hour later, and I still don't know if they have (2) smaller cabinets. Never buying from these guys again.

Not a good company. Purchased cabinets based off false information and was told it was my fault even though my sales rep admitted I was mislead. Then when dealing with management and customer service I was belittled and talked down to. Worst experience of my life. Have a lawyer on retainer if you decide to use Huntwood.

If you want terrible customer service and for nobody to call you back. I recommend huntwood. Two months ago I went to huntwood to get a quote on custom cabinets for next to my fire place. I already have huntwood for my kitchen cabinets ( new build home) wanted to keep the same color and style. The guy who helped us told us it would be two weeks for the quote. I thought that was a long time but went along with it. After two weeks we heard nothing. I was patience and thought maybe they were busy, no big deal. After one month, and I know it was one month because I looked it up to see if it was really that long, I was concerned and went ahead a called them to get a status update. Called the front desk and left a message for the guy who helped us to call me back. After a week, no call back. The next week came and I called again, I left another message. The next week, I’m getting a big frustrated but trying to be understanding. I actually talk to the guy who originally helped me and he said he was sorry was on vacation, bla bla no big deal, he’ll have the quote later that week early the next week…. Week came and gone, nothing. I called back, I told the front desk, I’m frustrated, I needed to speak to a manager, this was getting out of hand. I left another message for that guy, she reassured me she will talk to him about make sure he gets back in touch with me. She left a message for him to call me. Notice a theme? He didn’t call me back at all. This last Saturdays, I called and asked to speak straight with a manager, I’m not getting anywhere. Of course, no managers on Saturday.okay fine, I understand that. I left a message for a manager to call me back this week. It’s Thursday night. Still no call. ? ughh seriously… all this is a quote!! Two cabinets. That’s all. I seriously don’t even want to use them but my kitchen cabinets are huntwood. I might have to rethink my whole plan because of huntwood. Terrible. I seriously hope builders rethink using huntwood for their cabinets in their new homes.

Nice showroom. Beautiful displays. Many examples. Drove an hour to try to get help for our remodel on 3 occasions. Filled out paperwork with nice receptionists. Walked past two salesmen on two occasions who never looked up from their desks. No staff helped us. So I called 3 times. Left messages for a specific salesman. Never got a call back. Maybe they don't work with general public? Not sure.
