Tractor Trailer parking on the street!This location has parking for my rig. The Happy Hour looked great. (I didn't partake- this time.) Wonderful that there is a lounge area with pool table, etc. I love that the pool and hot tub are open to adults late hours through the night. (Children have access durning the day.) The breakfast was well maintained and a satisfying start to the day. Will definately stay agin if I am within range.Noteworthy details: Tractor Trailer parking24 hour pool and hot tub for the adults (Childrens' hours differ)Happy HourLounge with games and pool table

In town working for next 2 months with needing 3 rooms so called the hotel asking about long term rates for the family style room they offer the front desk girl promised she would have someone call us back since they were under new ownership and wasn't sure about rates. That was at 8:30 AM ... You guessed it.. NO CALL BACK.. booked 3 rooms at the Residence Inn by Marriott instead in Spokane Valley guess they didn't want close to 20 thousand dollars in business , not sure why but being a Best Western Rewards member has no benefits at this hotel

Stopped in for a one night staycation, brought my little dogs, I live and work in the area. Was a lot of fun, until I checked my account and found I had been billed $350, though the room was only $129 per night, with pets. Apparently it was part of their pet deposit, but they neglected to mention it would be $350. It's supposed to drop off and revert back to your account after checking out. I got the remaining $240 back, but not until 6 days later. I'm sorry, but I have stayed at other local places, with my dogs and never had anything like this happen. They said it's my bank, but yet this has never happened before. I'll be staying at Red Lion or anywhere else from now on. Too bad, because otherwise it was a decent place.Noteworthy details: Perfect as long as you have a couple hundred dollars they can tie up for a week

***BED BUGS (see pictures)*** — I was booked into room #207 on Jan. 2, 2024. The room is infested with bed bugs. I took multiple pictures and also had the front desk clerk (Thomas) go up to the room and confirm the bed bug infestation. The front desk clerk was very professional and handled it the best that he could by giving me a new room. The following morning, I spoke with the General Manager of the hotel. Not only was he extremely unprofessional and rude (refusing to even give me his name), but he outright denied that there were bed bugs in the room. While I understand the sensitivity of this issue and the financial burden that comes with it, I’m still shocked at the fact that the GM is choosing to deny/lie about the infestation. Does he think this problem will disappear if he denies that it exists? Please save yourself the trauma of dealing with this and chose another hotel.Safety: Bed bug infestation

I've stayed here a handful of times this year and last. Rooms are ok, due for updating. Service has steadily declined, some of the basic helpfulness and it seems a customer service mindset is not in place. That's important to me when checking in and checking out are really their only chance to leave an impression. As of mid 2023 I stopped staying here.

What a wonderful place to stay! We were able to sit in the Lobby and talk with friends in front of the fireplace, the atmosphere was great! The rooms were great, the breakfast was great, the service was great! They have a 24-hour pool & hot tub along with a pool table and weight room.Exceptionally clean hotel and would give it 10 stars if we could!Thank you to the Best Western Plus staff! We will be back again!

Loved this Best Western Plus!Warm, clean, welcoming environment! 24 hour pool, breakfast (Hash-browns, eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy, waffles juice, coffee-Everything!!), professional staff, decorations- appropriate for season and amazing location!!They also have a little area with different items in the event that you forgot your own! Loved the fact they had sugar free A&W rootbeer!!Thanks for a pleasant stay!!

Great staff, very clean, but the mattress was awful and needs to be replaced. The first night we didn’t really sleep at all. Curtains were stained, the couch you fell through and the furniture was outdated. We got back later Saturday and didn’t ask to move rooms but we should have. The staff was so nice!!! The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed the hot tub.

This was our second stay at the Best Western Plus Liberty Lake Inn. We appreciate this hotel for its location close to our family who we were visiting. While the hotel itself is not fancy, it is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice-sized, and in good condition. We enjoy the free breakfast which includes waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, pastries, cereals, potatoes and more! There are juices, coffees, and teas available. Parking is easy. We did not ask for housekeeping so I cant comment on that. The rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, a desk, chair, and the beds are comfy. We had a problem with our A/C unit at 10pm - called the front desk to inform them, hoping that someone would come check it out the next day. But guess, what the general manager and maintenance guy came that night! Literally 30 minutes after we called. He couldnt fix it, so he replaced the unit THAT NIGHT! Talk about service. We were so impressed and we definitely felt like we received 5 star treatment. We will return next time we are in the area :)
