Bummer bought extended warranty, alot good that did $1,000.00 later after parts should of been covered, so much for warranty, and buying another new rig, especially when told it covers, an additional 172-parts, coincidently the one part, was not covered. 70K said corrosion, how could that be when antifreeze is $30. a gallon also says corrosion free, totally disappointed, only with the warranty, our buick encore is great, thou

Everyone here was wonderful! They were so helpful and only provided exceptional service to me. They were not too pushy but really focused on meeting only my needs. They made my whole experience wonderful and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase here. They were even willing to meet me halfway to deliver my car for me!

Bought a Vehicle from MR. GEE’s MB store and it was the worst buying experience of my life. Lied to at every turn & they would not / did not release my vehicle for 5 business days after the certified funds deposited.I was told it was going to be an additional five days by the store and so I had to contact Ryan Gee to get the issue resolved.After everything the store put me through it was too little, too late.My family spent $74k to get dragged by these professional liars… BUYERS BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP & ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP UNDER THE GEE FAMILIES OWNERSHIP

Great customer service! My son and I were in a recent car accident and we lost our only vehicle. Lillie was absolutely a huge help in not only helping me find the PERFECT car for me but making the process super easy. She made sure I had all the safety features for my little one. Lillie was very professional and super nice at assisting me through everything. I live in another state and she kept me up-to-date every step of the way including the shipping process. I highly recommend Lillie! She made me a very happy new car owner!

Don't get your car serviced here. They will bs u...not communicate with u...and they will leave your car full of mud and they definitely won't put air in your tires and then expect u to pay top dollar. And they can care less if u r unhappy with there work. Simple as that.

We purchased a 2019 Ford Escape from George Gee Motors on October 22, 2022. The entire process was excellent. We visited the dealership on Friday, October 21. My wife had chatted with salesperson Josh about inventory. He had a vehicle waiting for us when we arrived. We test drove it but the vehicle was a little more expensive than what we wanted to pay so we asked Josh if anything else was available. He showed us the Escape and we immediately liked it. We came in right at closing on a Friday night so I told Josh we could come in the next morning to test drive it. “Oh, you can just take it home with you tonight,” Josh replied. Talk about the ultimate test drive!The next morning, we arrived and told Josh we wanted to buy. The previous night we had discussed price and settled on an agreement if we liked the vehicle after the test drive. Josh did all he could to make sure the paperwork and other processes of purchasing a car went as smoothly and quickly as possible. The morning wasn’t even over by the time I drove the Escape off the lot. We really appreciated the knowledge, kindness, and hustle that Josh showed us from the time we came in on Friday night to the moment he handed me the keys on Saturday morning.

I needed a key cut first dealership said around 50 $ second one said 40 +tax and didnt have a blank so was sent to Gee. 11.00 and was on my way. Thanks guys

We have done business with George Gee for several years, and as our 2012 Kia ****** was coming up for servicing, 2 weeks prior there was notice of a ticking noise when excelerating, at that time the car was parked and appointment made for a week or so out. My husband drove ot to the dealership th8s morning,he'd already explained of the ticking noise before even driving it fir the appointment at 8am this morning, as there were no warning signs of anything wrong, so before he even made the appointment I'd dine alot of homework on what would likely cause this out of the blue. As I said it was parked in our driveway soon as this started. When he drove it over this morning, they has told him there were no diagnostic readings for this issue, and continued to say that it was most likely that the motor was shot, or in need of major repairs looking at around $7000. This is just totally ridiculous for them to even think that the problem was so major, as it's been in for services ever since it was purchased, on time, and even before. My God it was just coming up due for normal servicing, and the car hadn't been driven since the first sign of this tick while excelerating. This is a major concern, as I've done enough research, and have had them tell me that my engine was shot on my Camaro, and ****** Exterra, when in fact that was not the case. The Camaro had a fuel pump issue that has to be addressed elsewhere, and the Exterra had bad cadiletic converters, also that had been diagnosed elsewhere. Now I am awaiting their final diagnosis for the **** And to be clear this vehicle has been serviced with them at the time needed, or even sooner than the actual date or reaching the mileage reached, and has been driven less in the past year than the entire time we've owned it. Will see what becomes of this issue before filing a complaint here. For the issue, that acured when we stopped driving it hadn't been driven far to cause major problems. Should be hearing back soon.

Went car looking with a friend and salesperson was great. No high pressure to buy and he spent a lot of time going over car comparisons and showing features of what my friend was looking for in the cars they carried.

Love the new cars, but we did not accomplish what we were led to believe. Salesman called my lady and said he could get her into a new car for less than she was paying. So we went to see what kind of an arrangement she could make. After nearly two hours the Salesman (which was a different one by the way) comes back with an offer that was $200 more than what she was already paying ?. Basically wasting our time.
