I recently purchased a 2022 GMC Sierra certified preowned truck. I had a series of issues that required my truck to in the shop 3 times in a two week period. Albeit the issues weren't catastrophic but purchasing a certified preowned it was clear the Gee team didn't truly make sure the truck was up to standards they told me. The frustrating part was the new and used sales managers never followed up or called me back to make things right. The truck is great but the overall experience was tainted. There are lots of dealers to choose from, and I won't say Gee is bad, but the customer service experience will make me think twice before buying from them again.

My husband and I have purchased several cars/SUVs from George Gee throughout the years. We have always dealt with Pat McConahy because he is fair, honest and the quintessential salesperson. He has treated us like family and we respect him. I recently lost my husband and we had just bought a Yukon. The Yukon was simply too large for me to drive as a primary car, so Pat stepped in and I was able to exchange the Yukon for a Terrain. Not 5 months later I saw a beautiful red Acadia on the showroom floor with MY name on it. So, once again Pat stepped in and I now have my perfect GMC!! I can't imagine buying a car from any other dealership! I am truly a GMC woman!!

I wish I could give 100 stars! I am in Vancouver Wa and had to literally work the deal to purchase my car over the phone and this dealership went over and above to take care of me and get me in my dream car! Bayley Brown in sales and Nicholas Craig in finance I can't thank them enough! Bayley was patient, super knowledgeable and quick to answer all my crazy questions. She quickly responded to all my calls and had a walk around video of the car showing every detail sent to me right away. I felt like I had a friend in my corner helping me get a car. She spent a crazy amount of time w me on the phone. I never felt rushed or pressured. Nick was the same. Called to make sure all my questions were answered. I'm 5 hours away and was planning on driving over to get the car...they offered to deliver it. Wow!! They didn't charge extra for delivery either and they made it soo easy! The car was delivered in brand new impeccable condition. All paperwork was ready and easily signed. This was by far the best car buying experience I have EVER had. My husband was out of town...I had to act fast before someone else bought the car. Nick and Bayley made it so easy and can I say fun? What a great experience. This is what car buying should be like. Hassle free and knowing that you got a good deal working w great people and knowing next time you buy you'll return to the same dealership. An extra note...even a week after the sale Bayley has been available to answer questions about features on the car. Bravo to this dealership and team! They are the best. I highly recommend them!

I normally don’t write reviews but felt I needed to as we are search for a car in a new area and having trouble finding a good dealership. We bought a 2018 returned leased vehicle in 2020 and have been very happy with it. The next morning after getting it home the parking brake stuck on and wouldn’t disengage. We called and they had a tow truck there that night to tow it to Becker, which was also a great experience. We haven’t had a problem since, just need to upgrade to a 6-7 seater now.The lost star comes from how I was treated in the service department. My GMC does have a computer defect where I cannot reset the clock myself so with DLS time or timezone changes, it’s off. When I took it in the man at the desk literally said “oh sweetheart, it’s just a button under settings.” I told him to feel free to take a look, sweetheart. Misogynistic is one of the worst traits in my opinion. So that was rough. But the salesmen were great. Just a 0/10 for this service man specifically. Sweetheart was proven wrong and had to reset the whole computer system….and now it still doesn’t work, so that’s fun.But overall, I would go back to purchase one but absolutely not for any services.

Josh and Kevin were amazing to work with and had great communication the entire way. This is our 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from George Gee GMC and certainly won’t be our last. They went above and beyond for us even fighting to get a vehicle dealer traded for us. I would recommend Josh and George Gee to anyone.

It was first time buying a car at George Gee. My experience there was better than any other dealership I had visited. My sales rep Josh and his manager Kevin really took the time to help me pick out the perfect vehicle. They were friendly and answered all my questions. Go see Josh and Kevin at George Gee!! You won't be disappointed. I'll be going back when it's time for my next vehicle.

They had a vehicle we were very interested in listed on their website and all over the different car sites for sale, listed as "New arrival!" and "Just arrived!" Called and made an appointment to test drive it the same day as they said it was still available. Arrived at the dealership, and they couldn't find it! They spent over an hour trying to locate it, and trying to show us several other vehicles we had zero interest in, only to then tell us, "It must have sold yesterday." Why wasn't your website updated then? Why were there seemingly 12 different sales people walking around playing on their phones but none of them could bother to update their own dealership's inventory online? Wasted our time. ?

Kevin the so called sales manager was a total high pressure, lying, snake oil salesman. I was out there having my Kia repaired after it was stolen and was just looking at another vehicle thinking about getting rid of my Kia. Kevin kept pressuring me into signing an application on a car I test drove, I kept saying no, but I caved because I was so upset about my KIA being damaged by thiefs again. He knew I would never be approved for that vehicle, supposedly he just had one he could try for. I asked him to stop sending my credit application to lenders but he didn't. Must have received 30 decline notices. Kevin is the type of person that gives care salesman a bad name, it's so wrong to prey on someone that's breaking emotionally. He should be demoted from so called management. The sales person Brayson I think tried to play the nice, sweet, innocent helpful salesman but I believe it was a sham! Don't even bother coming here, run the other direction!

We went in to buy out our current GMC leased truck when we called GMC they said go to any local dealership since we leased it out of state. They said they don't do Lease buy outs unless we bought a minimum warranty which was $4500! The highest was over $8000! As we now know it is against GMC policy to not allow people to pay off their lease, but we went to two other GMC Dealerships, first was Knudtsen in Post Falls. First off they were amazing let us buy out our lease zero issues. Also bought their largest warranty package for $3500! Cheaper than George Gee and more coverage. Then we went to Becker because while at GG I fell in love with the Buick Envision. Both of these dealerships were a million times better to work with. So if you are looking for a GMC DO NOT go to George Gee. They just want money they do not care about their customers.

Brought my car here for a recall on the airbags, so I understand that I’m not a ‘top rated customer’ to begin with. When we made the appointment, the guy my husband talked to try to have us pay to have a technician look to see if there were any other problems, we declined. Day of, I drop my car off and the $186 charge for a diagnostic was on there. Told the guy behind the counter that we still decline the diagnostic. Couple hours later they call to say the car was done soon and they would be starting the diagnostic, I declined yet again! Finally go get my car and I’m waiting behind a technician that’s talking to two guys behind the counter, I get told they ‘will be with me in a minute’ and the tech is complaining about having to do brakes on a dually with custom wheels. 10 mins later, I finally get to the counter. Was told that the recall wasn’t completely fixed and the airbag light would still come on unless I paid the $186 to have a diagnostic done to check it. The guys proceeds to talk about how it’s usually a wire that shorts under the seat when moved back and forth. Anyone else irritated yet? Driving down the road and I notice there is a new crack in my dash, the panel for the airbag isn’t closed all the way, and the decorative wood panel above the glove box isn’t closed all the way either. Yes my dash was cracked before going, but you’d think they would at least write up a quote to fix or recommend somewhere to go?

Our buying experience Daniel Kahn at George Gee was exceptional. Daniel told us about the vehicle and answered all of our questions without any “high pressure” antics. He is an extremely competent salesperson and a genuinely nice person
