Worst company ever. Ashley cancelled my appointment 3 times within hrs of meeting, claimed my Groupon w/out seeing me and now I, the customer, have to go thru the trouble of trying to get a refund. Seriously??? Who does this? 3 times.

according the friends she makes appts. and cancels the. 3rd time. claims the Groupon for its value but cancelled apt... not a very good sign. sad....

She was so nice and accommodating, and very talented. My eyelashes turned out great!! And she went out of her way to make it a great experience.
