Not sure because I didn't follow through. I called the guy and asked if he performed certain service. He had to look it up, estimate the time it takes and said "sure, I'll try it out". This was not reassuring so I bailed.

Liberty Lake Auto Repair is the only shop I trust to keep my families vehicles safe and road ready. I trust him to evaluate mine and my children's vehicles and ensure they are mechanically sound, if he's able too. Trust is the most important word of my review. He is a trustworthy man. He will not find or charge you for erroneous, uncalled-for repairs. He will always tell exactly what he believes your vehicle needs to be safe. His shop is extremely fairly priced. Hands down, the only trustworthy, quality repair facility I've been to since moving out west 7 years ago. Terry is the only place moving forward I will allow to evaluate and repair my vehicles. He's an honest, trustworthy man whose motto is "Treat people the way you want to be treated." Terry wants to be treated like royalty because that's the way he treats my family. He is honest, straightforward, no bs way of conducting business is refreshing. Hes the only person i trust to ensure the safety of my childrens vehicles. I have 4 older vehicles. He earned my respect and all of my future business. He is affordable and offers quality services. Terry is only getting 5 stars because there arent any more to select. He is deserving of all of the stars.

I highly recommend Liberty Lake Auto Repair, he got me in and replaced my water pump and other service's in a timely manner. Great owner! Got my truck in after breaking most of my front steering and suspension. Had a time limit because I was moving! He got it in and fast and kept me informed all the way through the repair! Would definitely use him again!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I should have looked at the reviews before taking my car into this place because someone had the same experience. I had a radiator leak, I took it into Liberty Lake auto repair and when I got my car back the AC didn't work. After reading the reviews and seeing that he had damaged somebody else's car after fixing their radiator, I decided to take it to another mechanic. And the other mechanic showed me where the line to the AC was obviously purposely damaged. It's hard to believe that people are this conniving and deceitful. I regret taking my car to this place and I hope this review helps somebody else from having the same horrible experience I had.

Terry at Liberty Lake Auto Repair is part of a rare breed. He keeps his customer's needs and budget as a constant focus. Being in the auto industry I can tell you it's getting harder to find people like him who still put the customer first and make sure you are safely on the road again. He has worked on several of my car, one of which is a constant pain, and helped me out a bind or 2. Thanks for all the hard work, much appreciated.
