“We've worked with Western Insurance Associates ever since we moved here to Spokane, and boy, are we glad we did! Chris set us up with the best deal she could fine with full coverage through Safeco/Liberty Mutual along with their Safe Driver rewards program. She also helped put me in touch with a trusted insurance associate for my mom who is based in CA. We've been fortunate enough these past two years to have avoided any major collisions, but recently got a crack in our windshield from a pebble hitting the glass. “I hope management sees this, because I really want you to hear how very helpful and kind an employee of yours named Keanu was to my friend and I yesterday 7/3 at the Spokane Valley Fred Meyer at Sullivan and Sprague during checkout. There is an ice shortage due to a heat wave, and he went through the trouble of calling the fuel department for us, and found us the ice we desperately needed to keep my baby’s food cold. This location has the best bakery and Coffee shop inside which is the best drinking coffee while shopping lol”

“Highest quality meat, cheese, and bakery items. I've shopped at many Yoke's in the area and this location is the best. The customer service is outstanding. Shout out especially to the service deli and bakery, they go above and beyond with their customer satisfaction. The produce guys are friendly and always ask if they can help in any way. The cashiers always have a smile and are engaging. I never thought the atmosphere of a grocery store could sway my shopping habits, but I choose them over the grocery store across the street because the employees' attitudes and helpfulness makes a difference!”
