Have been getting our meds there for years. we leave in winter and go south. made arrangements with doc and pharmacy to get pain meds early before we leave. got a call from pharmacy sayiny pain meds were on back order and werent sure when they were going to get there. since it was day before we were leaving i said dont fill it we will get it filled when we get to our destination. a few days later we get a text saying pain meds were ready. called them and said we were on our way south and to put them back. they ignored what i said and when we arrived at our destination were told they were filled in liberty lake. unable to straigten out for 2weeks! will not use your services again! i am furious over what you put me thru.

Incredibly unorganized pharmacy. Many times I will come in to pick up a prescription and wait 30 mins or more in line only to find out it is not ready and I will need to come back. I have stage 4 cancer and often times the prescriptions I need to function in daily life are not available and someone over the phone will tell me they will be ready by certain date and that typically is a lie. Not much care goes into the customer and their life and it seems communication between staff is limited or non existent.

I’ve used this pharmacy for practically my whole life. It’s close and is one that my current insurance accepts. Sadly it’s terrible! It only ever gets worse! The staff act like you are a bother to get your medications and hate their jobs! You have to pester them to find out what is going on with your own medications and they are “always out of stock” or “on the delivery truck” etc. Always some excuse. They even make you call around if they are out of stock to find your own medication, but don’t tell you that unless you call them asking what is taking so long.

The location is convenient for me but most of the staff is very grumpy and unpleasant. There's no smiles and they make us feel like they're doing us a huge favor to help us.

Yes, there’s been staff changes at this location, but I believe some of the new staff are actually trying to change things for the better and I just got an awesome experience filling a difficult Rx , thank you Safeway pharmacy!!!

Had to transfer to 3 different pharmacies to get my son’s antibiotics, and the staff was very helpful and prompt with getting everything transferred and taken care of in a timely manner.

So many 1 star reviews and the staff is still extremely unpleasant how disappointing. So tired of getting the generic kind of my prescription because they don’t care. Changing prescriptions constantly is bad for your body as a pharmacy I would truly expect them to care I’m sure if it is there kid or there mom they would get them the right prescription. Every time I call ahead 2 days early then go into pick it up when it’s ready I am told to walk around the store for 15 minutes when there are 4 people in the pharmacy and 2 people in line. It takes 2 minutes to scan a prescription and put it in a bag. PURE CARELESSNESS awful attitudes so disappointing how the world is and nobody cares about anyone anymore.

This place is so awful to pickup prescriptions at. The main pharmacist (man) that works there is so rude. They wouldn’t fill my prescription because it was 6 days expired from the one year mark. I asked if there was anyway to make an exception. His response , “ the government doesn’t care if it’s 6 days”. I feel bad for the people who have to interact with him for more important medications. Avoid this place at all costs.

Normally this pharmacy has mediocre service but recently it has gotten worse than that, hence the one star. I went in on Friday and was told my prescription would be ready in 40 minutes to an hour. I leave and then go back an hour later and then I'm told they're out of stock until Monday..... okay why didn't the pharmacy tech tell me that in the first place? She just had me waste time and gas. I never received a notification on Monday stating my prescription is ready, so I give it a couple of days. Here we are on Wednesday and still nothing so I figured I'd call in to check on the status, what a joke IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THEM. I called MULTIPLE times and even left a VM in the morning . I heard nothing back after 4 hours so I attempt to call and FINALLY someone answers and it's a curt "safeway pharmacy hold please" and then straight to hold music. I hold for a few minutes and then the phone rings and surprise surprise I am sent to VM. Thank goodness this isn't a prescription I am in dire need of. A joke of a pharmacy, please take your business else where.

Come here often and usually have a pleasant experience. However, today the cashier who helped me was an older lady and she was so rude. First, a lady told me I could go first because she had to run and get something. The cashier didn't like that. Well I had a whole case of 32 waters in my hands and some smaller items. I put down the water on the belt because I needed to free my hands and the cashier was like "Come around!" What bothered me was the way she said it and gestured at me was very rude. I told her "ma'am I was trying to hand you my smaller items" as the belt was full of things from the lady that let me cut her and I have a huge case of water. Next, the lady in front of me who had just paid for her stuff changed her mind and wanted a bag. The cashier freaked out on her saying she needed to pay for it. I was like no big deal I'll pay her bag fee (EIGHT CENTS mind you). As I was saying that l, the cashier had the audacity to put her hand up at me gesturing me to be quiet. She totally ignored my gesture of kindness and was like "no." I almost left the line. Ridiculous customer service.

staff is rude, lady was too busy talking to her co worker, I sat there she even made eye contact with me seeing me waiting there saying excuse me and just ignored me it wasnt till I had to literally raise my voice before they acknowledged me. I don't know who in Safeway that's hiring these incredibly unprofessional rude staff but they should have all their jobs reevaluated if you can't do your damn job don't work here the staff needs to stop acting like they're entitled and more important the actual customers who are funding their paychecks

Save yourself some potential future stress and don't use this pharmacy. They've miscounted my prescriptions and the only reason they cared was because they gave me too much. Had they given me less, I would've just had to suffer. My prescription is a controlled substance... My Dr called them trying to figure out the confusion and the lead pharmacist denied ANY and ALL issues and even tried explaining to me that they messed up due to conversion issues. It's a joke. If they tell you 45 mins when they're not busy, be sure to request "urgent status" and prepare to wait an hour and a half anyway (mind you this is when the pharmacy isn't even that busy at all)

This pharmacy doesn’t care about anybody.I came in here asking if they have covid 19 tests. They said no but they had signs everywhere saying covid 19 free test! Which come to find out is a take home test. That’s fine I’ll take that. Then they say oh it will be 30 min. Okay no problem. Wait almost an hour. Come back up oh it’s going to be 30 min. I felt like I was an inconvenience and wasting their time.

My friend got really bad strep throat. We went to the pharmacy and my friend was visibly very uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. We went and gave them his information and they said it would be a 30-45 minute wait. So we decided to do some grocery and wait. An hour goes by and we go to the pharmacy again and the woman there was very rude and had a attitude and said yeah it's going to be 30-45 minutes. We told her we already waited an hour... then she walked away and then came back saying yeah no it will be 30-45 minutes by that time we wished they would have said it would have been this long my friend could have been in bed trying to feel better. They were rude, lazy and didn't care about the customers.

They take four days to fill a prescription.The line is always 7+ people deep. When I asked to have my prescriptions transferred to a different location,the pharmacist refused to give me my already filled prescriptions.He was very rude.
