I definitely agree. Came in 2 woman standing around and 1 customer being helped. I stood there for 8 minutes to see if anyone would help or ask if I needed anything. Sad but customer service has come way down especially a bank . Definitely not a bank I enjoy .all other locations are wonderful . This one is lacking.

Horrible wait time. I’ve been sitting here after getting checked in and 1 of the workers finished with the previous customer and walked over and talked with the teller for over 5 minutes. Maybe she was on break. But when the next rep (the older woman) was free, she just sat at her desk and didn’t acknowledge me. After waiting a several more minutes, I just left. I hate this branch. I’ll start going back to the Valley branch. They give way better service.

If I could give them Zero stars I would. Their ATM took a HUGE cash deposit from me, then gave me a "we are now out of service" message. Even though they have the extra $ in there machine, the picture on camera of the deposit being made & someone currently working on the machine "because it's broke." They refuse to give me my money back, saying I must "file a dispute" and they can't give me any time frame on when I will get my $ back. Additionally, the manager of staff today was very snarky as she informed me of all this.

Online banking used to provide option of a PIN in place of password which is obviously much faster. 3 separate reps I phoned said it is only the phone settings and nothing to do with the app. Why did it quit working for me then? I changed the phone settings? Not. Pathetic inconsistent lies. Don't use Sidney Cisneros for loan

This branch is a total mess. Last time I had a card compromised they re issued a new card for a totally different account causing all kinds of confusion.This time when my account was again compromised again they got very short with me after I requested that I pin my new card in person or add another verification to our account. They suggested I go to another branch.
