Excellent place! I love the controlled climate, coffee/hot chocolate bar and access to bathroom during business hours. Great for day working in a "mini-warehouse". They even put on some great upbeat music in the building!

Employees were very insightful on all concerns. We were in a hurry and they were able to rent us a sight for our pop up camper in a short amount of time. Very secure lot with lights, fence and cameras.

The service at Storage Solutions was exceptional! I had rented a unit for my parents and one for me in the past - so came here to rent one for my Sister. The facility is very neat and clean and there are a variety of units available.Matthew was very friendly and helpful! He kindly answered my questions about rental unit sizes and assisted me with renting a unit. He also assisted me in selecting packing supplies. The Manager was also very friendly and helpful in fielding questions. I appreciated their assistance!

Absolutely the best place in the Spokane area for your storage needs. The facility is incredibly clean but the team in the office made the experience exceed my expectations. John, Jake, and Justin were very professional and willing to go above and beyond to make this process simple.
