What a HORRIFIC location. Absolutely horrible. The woman at the front who is typically there all week is an absolute witch of a human. I’m absolutely going to contact the head of the USPS in Liberty Lake over this: I had a package that was sent back to this location because the apartment number wasn’t on it (no fault of my own-I have proof in the email order that I put my apartment number for both billing and shipping). I headed to the post office to pick it up and she claimed it was still on the truck. Then said “he isn’t back yet.” So I just looked at her and asked when I can come back for it because it says it’s been delivered back to their office and is NOT on the truck. She then randomly grabbed my package and told me I need to put the right apartment number. I tried telling her I did and I didn’t even have a second to ask how she knew where my package was and WHY she claimed it was on the truck still though she knew exactly where to find it. It was literally sitting behind the desk as she told me it’s still on the truck-this is a Christmas present also. Then just kept shaking her head at me and telling me I didn’t put the apartment number down. She’s been a nightmare before and still is. Unbelievable.

Got a first notice marked as final notice on 11/10 for a package was being held at the post office for pickup. Notice stated it would be sent back after 11/16. Went in first thing 8AM on the 16th to pick it up and they had sent it back on the 15th. Was told it had been sitting at the post office for over a month. Would have been nice to have actually gotten a first notice or second notice that it was there. The package has been sent back and I was told “sorry”. Based on the other reviews, this looks to be kind of the norm.

The options offered on the automated phone didn't include what I needed (replace a mailbox key). I try calling- but they don't answer the phone. I've lived in different areas of Washington state and used various post offices. This is the worst.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst customer service and post office I had ever dealt with. The amount of unprofessionalism and negligence is beyond what any service should have, especially a place that handles our mail. I have had so many issues where I have been told my address was incorrect and have my mail not delivered, when it has not changed in 5 years. It is unacceptable.

The Liberty Lake, WA USPS closed off my mail because my house was listed for sale. I asked them why they would do this because the home is still my primary residence? They said a passerby or neighbor must have told them I wasn't regularly sleeping there. I have an investigation open.

I ordered a package as a person does said it was our foe delivery only for it to say that it was being healed at the USPS office “requested by customer” when I did not ask for that, called USPS said I could pick it up tomorrow next day was a Sunday. Idk if it was sat in a truck foe 12 hours and the guy just forgot it or they forgot to put it in the truck either way these people need to learn how to do their job

Horrible service. Won't answer the phone. Won't delivery our mail for days on end. And for some reason it always seems like they delivery at weird times through the year. An example is that they deliver around 1pm, then a couple days later 5pm! Crazy!

Well, they seem to like to mark things as “undeliverable” or “access to location was blocked” when none of that is the case. Not sure why they do that but now I’m waiting longer on a package because they just decided to not deliver it I guess?

Tiny package to PO Box “returned to sender” …. Removed PO Box after my contract … packages slated to deliver at my house marked “can not deliver or driveway blocked”, likely due to staff shortage. I work from home. Definitely not the case. …. Mail delayed even though the USPS daily email states it’s arriving. Not a fan of this operation one bit. Unfortunately, consistent with other areas. Maybe privatization is a solution. The term “good enough for government work” is out there for a reason.

If there was a choice for zero stars this post office would get it. I’ve been a customer here for almost 10 years. I’ve received dozens of checks completely ripped in half with no reasoning or apologies. Postal service can no longer be trusted.

Worst post office ever. Address things to my PO BOX I pay for, return to sender. Address things to my house, return to sender. Do your jobs! Deliver my mail somewhere it's not that hard. We literally pay for one of the options and IT STILL GETS SENT BACK. Extremely frustrating and worst post office I have ever had to deal with.

Liberty Lake driver is so rude when he had to bring a package to my house, then didn't bring the rest as he said i wasn't home when i was waiting at home all day for the package. Why does USPS still exist???
