Western Peterbilt provides excellent and outstanding service for truck repairs and parts. The service department is great, with technicians who explain everything clearly. They can quickly figure out problems and complete repairs within a day or two. Customers report being helped promptly, even outside of normal hours, demonstrating great customer service. The shop is efficient, often seeing vehicles within the hour. The parking lot is convenient for professional drivers to complete their jobs. Many customers go out of their way to bring their trucks here for reliable service every time.
I don’t own a Peterbilt, but I got a snazzy little international that sometimes they have parts four. And today they had all the parts I needed thank goodness.
