That's because they are on a pickup schedule and it's not their fault, so once you get used to that, trust me, this is the PO to use over any other. I love to stop in here to check out the newest stamps for my collection and drop off a package. Christmas was easy mailing too!”

Package Express on Harrison, in Olympia Washington, has been my go to for my shipping needs and my tab renewal since 2021, and I have always been completely satisfied with the service, attention to detail, kindness, and their superior customer service, and today was no exception. I needed to ship a Father's Day gift for my Best Friend of 30 years to Marysville, and it needed to arrive by the 15th (Father's Day 2025) at the latest.

At first, Kayden quoted me a very high cost to achieve this, and my stomach just dropped. Being the professional that Kayden is, he knew something just didn't seem right, so he started researching the system, and sure enough, and to my complete relief, he was right and was able to save me enough to where I felt very comfortable financially.

Kayden took the time, he did not just rush me through. Kayden provided superior customer service, saved me quite a bit of money, and I could not be more grateful.

“I just went in to print a single page mailing label for an Amazon return. I was shocked they were charging $1.65 for one sheet of paper, but I didn't really have a lot of other options close by, and it's not like a buck and some change was going to break me. In the end, I found the $1.65 to be well worth it. First, when I told her it was a USPS mailing label, she made sure I knew they could print it, but couldn't take the package. I knew this, but if I hadn't (I assume people often confuse UPS & USPS), I would have appreciated that she was thoughtful enough to tell me that before printing the label and charging me for it. Not only was she super friendly (even after my obvious annoyance at the cost), she went to the printer and printed my page for me (FedEx makes you do it yourself), separated the label from the packing slip, and placed the label in an adhesive sleeve. A small gesture, but it made my busy day that much easier. They were pretty busy at the time, but she managed to help several other people while I was emailing my document, and got back to me as soon as it came through. I was impressed at the quality of the customer service and the overall efficiency. I would go out of my way to use this store for anything I need that they offer. Unfortunately I didn't think to get the employee's name for a review, but the employee # on my receipt is 374757 and I visited on 4/29/2026 at 1:10pm. Thank you for making a stressful day easier!”

“Part of the staff was very welcoming and helpful which is why this is getting 4 stars. But there was a lady with short hair who looked at me like I was crazy for requesting a different envelope. And then when I kept looking at her to make sure the shipping label was correctly attached she dismissively asked if I still needed anything and started helping the next person in line while my document was still in her hands. I know you're trying to be efficient but just be respectful enough to help one person at a time especially when I'm not sending out Christmas cards, legal documents were being sent.”
