“We are on the road with our 25’ travel trailer and found ourselves at Silver Lake with a broken leaf spring. It was recommended that we call Potter Webster in Longview. I spoke to Brad who said they had the part in stock and since he lives up this way, he would be happy to drop it off on his way home.

“I've been using Baxters for a couple of years now. They have been great to work with. I get sound advice and good recommendations when asked. The staff is never pushy and very knowledgeable. Only negative thing I can say is their website has issues. That might actually be Carquest that has the issues but I still can't search for parts and check prices so I can budget. My work schedule usually doesn't allow me to just drop in.”
“FYI: One of the owners passed away in April, he was my dad and he ran an exceptional business with his brother. My dad had a true talent in auto body and won numerous awards, and no one will ever live up to those expectations. It has been so devastating he passed away and it is up to my Uncle Don to keep this business afloat, while grieving the loss of his brother. Please be considerate and know all the guys working here are doing their best to accommodate your auto body needs, but it might take some extra time.”

“3/25: 2016 Chevy Volt LT Premier: The check engine light continued to illuminate every time the car was driven. Garrett's team found that a faulty Purge canister, EGR cooler, and EGR valve were the reasons the computer was throwing out error codes. I appreciate it that he asked me right away if my car was covered by any warranties. He went right to work contacting both parties involved: GM and MaxCare (Car Max coverage). Garrett obtained the necessary authorizations for me on my behalf with the above mentioned repairs covered by GM, while a separate issue with the TPMS that I had mentioned was covered by MaxCare. Even though there was a potential backlog on the GM fuel/emission parts of about 2.5 months, Garrett was able to secure the parts in about one month's time. He and his team worked really hard to get my vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. I appreciate their diligence and their efforts. Thank you!
12/25: Jesus and his team got my routine and recommended maintenance done in just a few hours. The courtesy shuttle was nice so that I was able to wait from home.”
“I spent $1400 on a transmission from here not too long ago.The transmission had one small broken piece on it.We discussed the problem before I took possession of it.The guy that owns this place and is staff are very straight up and honest.We had a slight issue with the broken piece later on.They were more than willing to work with us to help us out to resolve the issue.It's too bad more places aren't like this.The guy that owns this place's tell has been in business a long time and tells it like it is and is very straight up.Just seem like great people to me.I will do business here in the future.”
