“I can't say enough good things about Northwest Auto Specialist and Sam in the service department.
A week before our annual family camping trip, I had a control arm break and a wheel that was dangerously close to falling off. Needless to say, that's not exactly the kind of thing you want to discover right before a road trip.
They got the car repaired, and when I heard a noise afterward that I didn't like, they didn't just brush it off. They took another look, checked their work, and made sure everything was right.
I told them I had travel plans, but I never mentioned that my child would be driving the car. I simply put my trust in them to fix the problem and make sure the car was safe.
They did exactly that.
We made it to the camping trip and back home with absolutely no issues, and we're all home safe and sound. That's the kind of peace of mind you can't put a price on.
I really appreciate the quality of the work, but even more than that, I appreciate the willingness to stand behind it and take another look when I wasn't comfortable. They didn't make me feel like I was being a nuisance. They made sure it was done right.

“Used the services of this dealership! What I liked:
* Very knowledgeable, friendly managers who know their business. I dealt with a manager named Timothy. I came for one car, but he convinced me that a vehicle with additional options would be useful for me. During the purchase, he helped completely and kept the process under control.
* The bank initially gave me one interest rate of 5.8% per annum, but in the end, the rate dropped to 3.8%.
* The company gave me extra options as a gift (Timothy helped out and secured them).
* A few days after the purchase, he asked if I needed any help, if everything was okay, and whether I was satisfied with the purchase.
* During the purchase, they worked with me on the payment terms.
* They didn't push any unnecessary extra services. At Subaru Gresham, they quoted me $41,000 for the exact same car, which is $9,000 more than what I paid here. They tacked on every possible and impossible markup and presented it as mandatory.
The only drawback was having to drive 35 miles from Vancouver, WA.
So if you want to buy a Subaru, I highly recommend them. You won't regret it. Updating my review 2 years later: I was too lazy to drive to them to trade in my car and really regretted it. At Dick Hannah Subaru Vancouver, they cheated me out of $5,700 on my Crosstrek trade-in valuation. Plus, issues with the quality of the new Forester and problems with the extended warranty on the old Crosstrek. All in all, I recommend this dealership.”
“Brake Stop did a really good job. The passenger side front dust cover was bent,touching the brake rotor, straightened the plate, noise is gone. Replaced rear brake wheel cylinders, fixed the leak on both sides. Good, quality work, reasonable price, accepts walk-ins and appointments.”

“Went to have my belt replaced on my ultra classic Electra glide but instead of just replacing the belt the mechanic closely scrutinized why the belt broke in the first place turns out my frame was bent he immediately called me as it's not repairable within reason we collectively decided to stop work to save money honesty and integrity I will be back with my new bike”
“I dropped in unannounced, with very squeaky brakes, a bum lower ball joint the needed replaced. They attacked this work and added a full synthetic oil change. These guys were once again beyond fair and they got right on it.
Today was just one of several similar experiences I’ve had with them. 10/10 recommend”

“Got the parts cannon from Les Schwab, MC got me in the same day, found the issue was not at all what Les Schwab wanted to do and was a fraction of the price. They could have easily just said yep you need those new parts and charged me but they took the time to do their own diagnosis and to look out for their customer! Highly recommend, they earned by business going forward.”

“Courtesy auto is a fantastic place to go to get your vehicle repaired. I had been fighting a mechanical issue for more than a few months with my 2004 Dodge ram 2500 diesel. I was having Issues with losing power momentarily during acceleration with or without cruise control. I even bought a part off the Internet to fix it. Unfortunately, the part with faulty but I brought my vehicle to Loren and his team. He spent three or four days narrowing the problem down, even though he had a bunch of other work to do. Ultimately, I had to buy a New throttle position sensor assembly. For all the work he did. He was very affordable and professional. I am definitely going back for future repairs.”

I was immediately greeted by Stephanie and she helped me out with measuring and price within 10 minutes. Glass replacement was very affordable and I had my replacement ready the next day. “Chuck's is not right on the curb with a giant sign... yet. So, look for him using his street address and remembering that he is occupying the back end of the building. Once you get near the building, you can clearly see his big sign further back on the right side of the building.
Chuck is a man of few words and a great listener. But more importantly, he is an extremely experienced and faithful auto mechanic. He has been doing this all of his life and is also certified. From simple belt & battery maintenance to full engine replacement (which he did for us, even located the replacement), he knows it all and performs it well.”
