I spoke to Brad who said they had the part in stock and since he lives up this way, he would be happy to drop it off on his way home.

“We were recommended to Wheelers by a competitor further north, and we couldn't be happier that we found Kody and his facility. After 2 other shops said they couldn't handle our windshield replacement due to concerns over structural damage, Kody quickly dispelled our concerns. After getting our insurance claim approved, he spent a day driving to get our parts, another doing the installation, and got us back on the road on our schedule to get to other appointments we had. I can't say enough about how well we were treated, the workmanship was second to none. I will go there again in the future even though he is 1200 miles from our home; he is that great. I will also recommend Wheelers to my rv friends, who travel a lot in the pnw.”

“I've been using Baxters for a couple of years now. They have been great to work with. I get sound advice and good recommendations when asked. The staff is never pushy and very knowledgeable. Only negative thing I can say is their website has issues. That might actually be Carquest that has the issues but I still can't search for parts and check prices so I can budget. My work schedule usually doesn't allow me to just drop in.”
“I had an incredible experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Brett. Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere.
He was extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely kind from the start. My car battery replacement ended up being more difficult to fit than expected, but Brett didn’t rush, didn’t get frustrated he went above and beyond to get it done right. You could tell he actually cared about helping, not just doing his job and moving on.
It’s rare to come across someone who’s not only skilled but also just a genuinely good person. Brett made a stressful situation way easier, and I left feeling really taken care of. And strangely, I walked away happier than before even after spending money on a new battery (which no one likes to do lol)
I really hope management sees this because he absolutely deserves recognition whether that’s a raise, a bonus, or at the very least company recognition. Employees like him are the reason people come back.

My dad had a true talent in auto body and won numerous awards, and no one will ever live up to those expectations. It has been so devastating he passed away and it is up to my Uncle Don to keep this business afloat, while grieving the loss of his brother. Please be considerate and know all the guys working here are doing their best to accommodate your auto body needs, but it might take some extra time.”
